Captain John Twisden1 
He gained the rank of Captain in the Royal Navy.1 He succeeded as the 7th Baronet Twisden, of Bradbourne, Kent [E., 1666] on 3 February 1833, de jure, although he never assumed the title.1 In 1841 he succeeded to Bradbourne on the death of his cousin.2
