     Lady Elizabeth de Stafford was born circa 1334.1 She was the daughter of Ralph de Stafford, 1st Earl of Stafford and Margaret Audley, Baroness Audley.2 She married, thirdly, Reynold de Cobham, 2nd Lord Cobham (of Sterborough), son of Reynold de Cobham, 1st Lord Cobham (of Sterborough) and Joan de Berkeley.2 She married, secondly, John de Ferrers, 4th Lord Ferrers (of Chartley), son of Robert de Ferrers, 2nd Lord Ferrers (of Chartley).2 She married Fulk Lestrange, 3rd Lord Strange (of Blackmere), son of John Lestrange, 2nd Lord Strange (of Blackmere) and Ankaret Boteler, on 12 March 1346.1 She died on 7 August 1376.2

     John de Ferrers, 4th Lord Ferrers (of Chartley) was born circa 1331.2 He was the son of Robert de Ferrers, 2nd Lord Ferrers (of Chartley).2 He married Lady Elizabeth de Stafford, daughter of Ralph de Stafford, 1st Earl of Stafford and Margaret Audley, Baroness Audley.1 He died on 2 April 1367, killed in action.1
     He gained the title of 4th Lord Ferrers, of Chartley [E., 1299]. He fought in the Battle of Nájera on 2 April 1367.2

Fulk Lestrange, 3rd Lord Strange (of Blackmere)1

     Fulk Lestrange, 3rd Lord Strange (of Blackmere) was born circa 1330.2 He was the son of John Lestrange, 2nd Lord Strange (of Blackmere) and Ankaret Boteler.3,4 He married Lady Elizabeth de Stafford, daughter of Ralph de Stafford, 1st Earl of Stafford and Margaret Audley, Baroness Audley, on 12 March 1346.2 He died on 30 August 1349, without male issue.2
     He succeeded as the 3rd Lord Strange, of Blackmere [E., 1309] on 21 July 1349.2 Among his descendants, if any, the representation of the Barony of Strange (of Blackmere) is still extant, the Barony in question being held by later legal doctrine to have fallen into abeyance from 1349.2

     Major Alan Goring was born on 26 March 1873.1 He was the son of Reverend John Goring and Isabella Mary Thomas.2 He married Violet Isabel Onslow, daughter of Colonel Gerald Charles Penrice Onslow and Flora Frances Mary Donald, on 21 November 1901.1 He died on 19 December 1945 at age 72.1
     He fought in the Boer War between 1901 and 1902.1 He gained the rank of Major in the 20th Hussars.3 He was Deputy Assistant Director of Remounts in 1911.1
