     John Heaton was born circa 1738.² He was the son of unknown Heaton.² He married, firstly, Mary Bridges on 31 January 1764.² He married, secondly, Mary Carr on 18 November 1803.² He died in September 1818.²
     He lived at Bedfords, Essex, England^G.¹ He was agent and auditor to 5th Duke of Devonshire.²

     John Thomas Ellis was the son of John Thomas Ellis and Marianne Heaton.¹ He died before 1836.¹
     He gained the rank of officer in the British Army.¹

     He gained the rank of Midshipman in the Royal Navy.¹

     Julia Ellis was the daughter of John Thomas Ellis and Marianne Heaton.¹ She married Reverend Henry Baugh Thorold, son of Reverend George Thorold and Elizabeth Baugh, on 1 July 1829.² She died on 27 January 1871.¹
     From 1 July 1829, her married name became Thorold.¹

     Reverend Henry Baugh Thorold was born in April 1805.² He was the son of Reverend George Thorold and Elizabeth Baugh.^1,3 He married Julia Ellis, daughter of John Thomas Ellis and Marianne Heaton, on 1 July 1829.² He died in 1885.²
     He graduated from Oxford University, Oxford, Oxfordshire, England, with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.)² He was Rector at Hougham-cum-Marston, Lincolnshire, England.²

     Reverend George Thorold was born in May 1776.² He was the son of Sir John Thorold, 9th Bt. and Jane Hayford.^1,3 He married Elizabeth Baugh, daughter of Benjamin Baugh, on 1 May 1804.² He died on 27 September 1823 at age 47.²
     He was Rector at Hougham-cum-Marston, Lincolnshire, England.²

     Sir John Thorold, 9th Bt. was born on 18 December 1734.² He is the son of Sir John Thorold, 8th Bt. and Elizabeth Ayton.³ He married Jane Hayford, daughter of Millington Hayford, on 18 March 1771.² He died on 25 February 1815 at age 80.³
     He succeeded as the 9th Baronet Thorold, of Marston, Lincoln [E., 1642] on 5 June 1775.² He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for Lincolnshire between 1779 and 1796.²
