     Margaret Eleanor Archdale was born on 23 February 1854.¹ She was the daughter of Nicholas Montgomery Archdale and Adelaide Mary Porter.¹ She died circa 1855 as an infant.¹

     Matilda Lavinia Archdale was born on 7 December 1859.¹ She was the daughter of Nicholas Montgomery Archdale and Adelaide Mary Porter.¹ She died on 14 July 1876 at age 16.¹
     Matilda Lavinia Archdale also went by the nick-name of Meta.¹

     Ensign John Archdall was born on 28 April 1822.¹ He was the son of Edward Archdall and Matilda Humphrys.¹ He died on 26 August 1841 at age 19 at Berbice, Guyana^G, of yellow fever.¹
     He gained the rank of Ensign in the 52nd Light Infantry.¹

     Captain Hugh Montgomery Archdall was born on 6 February 1824.¹ He was the son of Edward Archdall and Matilda Humphrys.¹ He married Elizabeth Stewart, daughter of Sir Hugh Stewart, 2nd Bt. and Elizabeth St. George, on 23 September 1857.¹ He died on 22 September 1880 at age 56.¹
     He gained the rank of Captain in the 52nd Light Infantry.¹ He served between 1853 and 1857 in India^G.¹ He held the office of Secretary of the County Fermanagh Grand Jury between 1873 and 1880.¹ He lived at Drumadravy, County Fermanagh, Ireland^G.¹

     Elizabeth Stewart was the daughter of Sir Hugh Stewart, 2nd Bt. and Elizabeth St. George.^1,2 She married Captain Hugh Montgomery Archdall, son of Edward Archdall and Matilda Humphrys, on 23 September 1857.¹ She died on 10 June 1923.¹
     From 23 September 1857, her married name became Archdall.¹

     Sir Hugh Stewart, 2nd Bt. was born on 14 May 1792.² He was the son of Rt. Hon. Sir John Stewart, 1st Bt. and Mary Archdall.³ He married, firstly, Julia Gage, daughter of Marcus Gage and Julia Sterling, on 19 January 1826.² He married, secondly, Elizabeth St. George, daughter of Reverend Henry Lucas St. George, on 28 February 1837.² He died on 19 November 1854 at age 62.²
     He succeeded as the 2nd Baronet Stewart, of Athenree, co. Tyrone [U.K., 1803] on 22 June 1825.² He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) County Tyrone between 1830 and 1835.² He lived at Athenree, County Tyrone, Ireland^G.¹

     Edward Hugh Archdall was born on 21 April 1861.¹ He was the son of Captain Hugh Montgomery Archdall and Elizabeth Stewart.¹ He married Dorothy Mary Belton, daughter of Albert Belton, on 10 May 1899.¹ He died on 29 August 1917 at age 56.¹
     He held the office of Secretary Fermanagh County Councillor in 1898.¹ He lived at Drumcoo, County Fermanagh, Ireland^G.¹

     Dorothy Mary Belton was the daughter of Albert Belton.¹ She married Edward Hugh Archdall, son of Captain Hugh Montgomery Archdall and Elizabeth Stewart, on 10 May 1899.¹
     From 10 May 1899, her married name became Archdall.¹
