     He graduated with a Master of Arts (M.A.)¹ He graduated with a Master of Laws (LL.M.)¹ He was a practising barrister.¹ He was appointed Queen’s Counsel (Q.C.)¹ He was given the name of John Benjamin Lindenbaum at birth.¹ He was appointed Officer, Order of the British Empire (O.B.E.)¹ In 1914 his name was legally changed to John Benjamin Lindon by Royal Licence.¹ He had a son and daughter.¹

     John Cory was a shipowner.¹

     Sir Irving Blanchard Gane was the son of Douglas Montagu Gane.¹ He married Valerie Donald Cory, daughter of Sir Herbert George Donald Cory, 2nd Bt. and Gertrude Box, on 7 October 1954.¹ He died in 1972.¹

     Molly Irene Bell is the daughter of Major Otto Joseph Bell.² She married, firstly, Sir James Perowne Ivo Myles Corry, 3rd Bt., son of William Corry, 2nd Bt. and Charlotte Georgina Frances Catherine Collins, on 7 July 1921.¹ She and Sir James Perowne Ivo Myles Corry, 3rd Bt. were divorced in 1937.¹ She married, secondly, Captain John Forster Cochrane in 1938.¹
     From 7 July 1921, her married name became Corry. From 1938, her married name became Cochrane.¹

     Douglas Montagu Gane lived at Richmond, Surrey, England^G.¹ He was appointed Member, Order of the British Empire (M.B.E.)¹

     Anne Corry was born on 12 November 1922.¹ She was the daughter of Sir James Perowne Ivo Myles Corry, 3rd Bt. and Molly Irene Bell.² She married Lieutenant Norman Wilkins Trembath, son of David Trembath, on 2 October 1945.¹ She died on 17 June 1992 at age 69.¹
     She gained the rank of 3rd Officer in the Women’s Royal Naval Service.¹ From 2 October 1945, her married name became Trembath.

     David Trembath lived at Frinton-on-Sea, Essex, England^G.¹

     Lieutenant Norman Wilkins Trembath is the son of David Trembath.² He married Anne Corry, daughter of Sir James Perowne Ivo Myles Corry, 3rd Bt. and Molly Irene Bell, on 2 October 1945.¹
     He gained the rank of Lieutenant in the Royal Warwickshire Regiment.¹

     Anthony David Trembath was born on 31 August 1946.¹ He is the son of Lieutenant Norman Wilkins Trembath and Anne Corry.²
     He was educated at Wellington College, Berkshire, England^G.¹
