     Nancie Grimond was born on 2 January 1902.^1,2 She was the daughter of Joseph Bowman Grimond and Lydia Helen Richardson.¹ She married William Black.¹ She died on 26 November 1985 at age 83.²

     Sir William James Corry, 4th Bt. was born on 1 August 1924.¹ He was the son of Sir James Perowne Ivo Myles Corry, 3rd Bt. and Molly Irene Bell.² He married Diana Pamela Mary Lapsley, daughter of Lt.-Col. James Burne Lapsley, on 8 December 1945.¹ He died on 9 May 2000 at age 75.¹
     He was educated at Royal Naval College, Dartmouth, Devon, England^G.¹ He was with the Royal Navy between 1938 and 1977.¹ He fought in the Second World War.¹ He was also known as 4th Baronet Corry, of Dunraven, co. Antrim [U.K., 1885] as of 1987.¹

     Lt.-Col. James Burne Lapsley gained the rank of Lieutenant-Colonel in the Indian Medical Service.¹ He was awarded the Military Cross (M.C.)¹

     Diana Pamela Mary Lapsley is the daughter of Lt.-Col. James Burne Lapsley.² She married Sir William James Corry, 4th Bt., son of Sir James Perowne Ivo Myles Corry, 3rd Bt. and Molly Irene Bell, on 8 December 1945.¹
     She was in the Women’s Royal Naval Service.¹ From 8 December 1945, her married name became Corry. She lived in 2003 at East Hillerton House, Spreyton, Crediton, Devon, England^G.¹

     Sir James Michael Corry, 5th Bt. was born on 3 October 1946.¹ He is the son of Sir William James Corry, 4th Bt. and Diana Pamela Mary Lapsley.² He married Sheridan Lorraine Ashbourne, daughter of Arthur Peter Ashbourne, in 1973.¹
     He was educated at Downside School, Bath, Somerset, England^G.¹ He was with BP plc between 1966 and 2001.¹ He succeeded as the 5th Baronet Corry, of Dunraven, co. Antrim [U.K., 1885] on 9 May 2000.¹ He lived in 2003 at Chackeridge Cottage, Ashbrittle, Wellington, Somerset, England^G.¹

     Lt.-Col. Timothy William Corry was born on 14 June 1948.¹ He is the son of Sir William James Corry, 4th Bt. and Diana Pamela Mary Lapsley.² He married Bridget Isabella Litherland, daughter of Sydney Litherland, in 1971.¹
     He was educated at Downside School, Bath, Somerset, England^G.¹ He gained the rank of Lieutenant-Colonel in the Royal Green Jackets.¹

     Sydney Litherland lived at Tenerife, Canary Islands^G.¹

     Bridget Isabella Litherland is the daughter of Sydney Litherland.² She married Lt.-Col. Timothy William Corry, son of Sir William James Corry, 4th Bt. and Diana Pamela Mary Lapsley, in 1971.¹
     From 1971, her married name became Corry.
