     He lived at Turnagardy, County Down, Ireland^G.¹ He had two younger sons and three daughters.¹

     James Porter lived at Ballyrussell, County Down, Ireland^G.¹

     Jane Porter was the daughter of James Porter.² She married Robert Corry, son of John Corry and Susan White, in 1825.¹ She died in 1880.¹
     From 1825, her married name became Corry.

     Charles Latham, 1st Baron Latham was born on 26 December 1888.¹ He was the son of George Latham and Sarah Mason.² He married, firstly, Maya Helen Allman, daughter of Louis George Allman, on 14 June 1913.¹ He and Maya Helen Allman were divorced in 1957.¹ He married, secondly, Sylvia May Newmark, daughter of Alexander Newmark, on 28 May 1957.¹ He died on 31 March 1970 at age 81.¹
     He gained the rank of officer in the Royal Sussex Regiment.¹ He fought in the First World War.¹ He was President of the National Union of Clerks in 1915.¹ He was a certified accountant.¹ He held the office of Alderman of the London County Council between 1928 and 1934.¹ He was member of the Public Works Loan Board between 1930 and 1946.¹ He was member of the Economy (‘May’) Committee in 1931, appointed by the Chancellor of the Exchequer.¹ He was created 1st Baron Latham, of Hendon, co. Middlesex [U.K.] on 16 January 1942.¹ He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.) for Middlesex in 1945.¹ He held the office of Lord-Lieutenant of Middlesex between 1945 and 1956.¹ He held the office of Alderman of the London County Council between 1946 and 1947.¹

     William Service lived at Glasgow, Lanarkshire, Scotland^G.¹

     Margaret Service was the daughter of William Service.² She married Sir James Porter Corry, 1st Bt., son of Robert Corry and Jane Porter, on 10 July 1849.¹ She died on 25 January 1869.¹
     From 10 July 1849, her married name became Corry.

     William Corry, 2nd Bt. was born on 20 March 1859.¹ He was the son of Sir James Porter Corry, 1st Bt. and Margaret Service.² He married Charlotte Georgina Frances Catherine Collins, daughter of J. Collins, on 31 October 1889.¹ He died on 9 June 1926 at age 67.¹
     He succeeded as the 2nd Baronet Corry, of Dunraven, co. Antrim [U.K., 1885] on 28 November 1891.¹ He was director of the Cunard Steamship Company.¹

     Margaret Corry was born on 15 January 1853.¹ She was the daughter of Sir James Porter Corry, 1st Bt. and Margaret Service.² She married Arthur Charles Gotto on 30 December 1874.¹ She died on 26 November 1925 at age 72, leaving issue.¹
     From 30 December 1874, her married name became Gotto.
