     Ponsonby Arthur Moore was born on 4 August 1816.¹ He was the son of Reverend Henry Moore and Lucie Currie.¹ He married Augusta Sophia Gardner, daughter of General Hon. William Henry Gardner and Elizabeth Lydia Fyers, on 27 August 1844.¹ He died on 3 May 1871 at age 54.¹

     Augusta Sophia Gardner was the daughter of General Hon. William Henry Gardner and Elizabeth Lydia Fyers.^1,2 She married Ponsonby Arthur Moore, son of Reverend Henry Moore and Lucie Currie, on 27 August 1844.¹ She died on 21 September 1903.¹
     From 27 August 1844, her married name became Moore.¹

     General Hon. William Henry Gardner was born on 6 October 1774.² He is the son of Admiral Alan Gardner, 1st Baron Gardner and Susannah Hyde Gale.² He married Elizabeth Lydia Fyers, daughter of Lt.-Gen. William Fyers and Ann Wanton, on 20 February 1804.² He died on 15 December 1856.²

     Ponsonby William Moore, 9th Earl of Drogheda was born on 29 April 1846.¹ He was the son of Ponsonby Arthur Moore and Augusta Sophia Gardner.¹ He married Anne Tower Moir, daughter of George Moir, on 16 October 1879.¹ He died on 28 October 1908 at age 62.¹
     He succeeded as the 11th Viscount Moore of Drogheda [I., 1622] on 29 June 1892.¹ He succeeded as the 9th Earl of Drogheda [I., 1661] on 29 June 1892.¹ He succeeded as the 11th Baron Moore of Mellefont, co. Louth [I., 1616] on 29 June 1892.¹ He held the office of Deputy Lieutenant (D.L.) of Queen’s County.¹ He held the office of Deputy Lieutenant (D.L.) of Devon.¹ He held the office of Representative Peer [Ireland].¹ He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.) for Queen’s County.¹ He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.) for Devon.¹ He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.) for County Kildare.¹

     Lady Agnes Alexandrina Moore was the daughter of Ponsonby Arthur Moore and Augusta Sophia Gardner.¹ She married Sir Robert Anderson on 4 March 1873.¹ She died on 7 November 1925.¹
     From 4 March 1873, her married name became Anderson.¹ On 4 July 1893 she was granted the rank of an earl’s daughter.¹

     Sir Robert Anderson married Lady Agnes Alexandrina Moore, daughter of Ponsonby Arthur Moore and Augusta Sophia Gardner, on 4 March 1873.¹ He died on 15 November 1918.¹
     He was appointed Knight Commander, Order of the Bath (K.C.B.)¹ He was awarded the honorary degree of Doctor of Law (LL.D.)¹

     Alice Mary Moore was the daughter of Ponsonby Arthur Moore and Augusta Sophia Gardner.¹ She married Reverend T. Russell Wade on 6 October 1870.¹ She died on 8 October 1871, without issue.¹
     From 6 October 1870, her married name became Wade.¹

     Reverend T. Russell Wade married Alice Mary Moore, daughter of Ponsonby Arthur Moore and Augusta Sophia Gardner, on 6 October 1870.¹

     Graham Currie Moore was born in 1820.¹ He was the son of Reverend Henry Moore and Lucie Currie.¹ He died on 4 May 1837.¹
