     Lt.-Cdr. Hugh Hamon George William Carruthers Massy was born on 10 March 1851.¹ He was the son of Hugh Hamon John Massy and Annie Margaret Evans.² He married, firstly, Agnes Henrietta Hamilton, daughter of John James Edward Hamilton and Favoretta Corbett, on 27 July 1882.¹ He married, secondly, Anne Emma Fetherstonhaugh Thompson, daughter of Colonel Robert Thomas Thompson and Grace Elizabeth Elinor Massy, on 10 November 1908.¹ He died on 6 October 1916 at age 65.¹
     He gained the rank of Lieutenant-Commander in the Royal Navy.¹ He was Commissioner of Income and Land Taxes.¹

     David W. J. Brounger is the son of Ian Brounger.¹ He married Marina Spencer-Churchill, daughter of Winston Spencer-Churchill and Mary Caroline d‘Erlanger, after 9 December 1999.¹

     Agnes Henrietta Hamilton was the daughter of John James Edward Hamilton and Favoretta Corbett.² She married Lt.-Cdr. Hugh Hamon George William Carruthers Massy, son of Hugh Hamon John Massy and Annie Margaret Evans, on 27 July 1882.¹ She died on 5 November 1907, without issue.¹
     From 27 July 1882, her married name became Massy.

     Major Hugh Carruthers Massy was born on 25 October 1914 at Hordle, Hampshire, England.^1,2 He was the son of Lt.-Cdr. Hugh Hamon George William Carruthers Massy and Anne Emma Fetherstonhaugh Thompson.³ He married Pamela Drew, daughter of John Malcolm Drew and Edith Sylvia Peart Robinson, on 27 May 1961.¹ He died on 17 September 1987 at age 72 at Lancaster, Lancashire, England.^1,2
     He was educated at Trinity College, Cambridge University, Cambridge, Cambridgeshire, England^G.¹ He fought in the Second World War, where he was mentioned in despatches.¹ He gained the rank of Major in the 4th/7th Royal Dragoon Guards.¹ He fought in the Kenya Emergency between 1953 and 1955.¹ He was with the Kenya Game Department between 1955 and 1959.¹

     John Malcolm Drew was born in 1881.^2,3 He married Edith Sylvia Peart Robinson, daughter of William Robinson and Edith Radley, in August 1909.^2,4 He died in 1933 at Paris, France^G.^5,6
     He was a war artist.¹ He lived at Westmorland, England^G.⁷

     Pamela Drew was born on 11 September 1910.² She was the daughter of John Malcolm Drew and Edith Sylvia Peart Robinson.^3,4 She married, firstly, William Robert McClintock-Bunbury, 4th Baron Rathdonnell, son of Thomas Leopold McClintock-Bunbury, 3rd Baron Rathdonnell and Ethel Synge Ievers, on 25 November 1937.³ She married, secondly, Major Hugh Carruthers Massy, son of Lt.-Cdr. Hugh Hamon George William Carruthers Massy and Anne Emma Fetherstonhaugh Thompson, on 27 May 1961.¹ She died on 11 June 1989 at age 78.^1,2
     An artist.³ After her marriage, Pamela Drew was styled as Baroness Rathdonnell on 25 November 1937. From 25 November 1937, her married name became McClintock-Bunbury. She gained the rank of Acting 3rd Officer in the Women’s Royal Naval Service.³ From 27 May 1961, her married name became Massy.

     Narcissa Catherine Massy was born on 12 January 1910.¹ She is the daughter of Lt.-Cdr. Hugh Hamon George William Carruthers Massy and Anne Emma Fetherstonhaugh Thompson.²

     Rollo Dillon Dunham Massy was born on 16 June 1856.¹ He was the son of Hugh Hamon John Massy and Annie Margaret Evans.² He married Emma Inman, daughter of James Inman, on 22 November 1884.¹ He died on 1 April 1934 at age 77.¹
     He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.) for Hampshire.¹

     Emma Inman was the daughter of James Inman.² She married Rollo Dillon Dunham Massy, son of Hugh Hamon John Massy and Annie Margaret Evans, on 22 November 1884.¹ She died on 27 October 1926.¹
     From 22 November 1884, her married name became Massy.
