     He held the office of Police Magistrate of Marlborough Street.¹ He held the office of Chief Magistrate of Bow Street.¹ He was appointed Knight in 1813.¹ He graduated on 12 April 1822 with a, with other issue, including a younger son (William CONANT later STAINSBY-CONANT on inheriting property from Mrs Stainsby, of Southampton Row, WC2, born 1783, educ Trin College Cambridge Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) 1806), died 1835).¹

     Culpepper Conant was born on 6 March 1748.^1,2 He was the son of Reverend John Conant and Mary Wake.³ He was baptised on 27 March 1748.¹ He died in 1815.¹
     He graduated from Trinity College, Cambridge University, Cambridge, Cambridgeshire, England^G, with a Master of Arts (M.A.)¹

     Elias Conant was born on 18 February 1749.^1,2 He was the son of Reverend John Conant and Mary Wake.³ He was baptised on 11 March 1749.² He died circa 1765 at Bengal, India^G.¹

     Marie Alexisovna Andreev married Prince Dmitri Alexandrovich Wolkonsky, son of Prince Alexander Borisovich Wolkonsky and Countess Catherine Alexisovna von Lanlarksy.¹
     Her married name became Wolkonsky.¹

     Sarah Whiston is the daughter of John Whiston.¹ She married Sir Nathaniel Conant, son of Reverend John Conant and Mary Wake, in 1776.¹
     From 1776, her married name became Conant.

     Commander John Edward Conant was born on 18 October 1777.¹ He was the son of Sir Nathaniel Conant and Sarah Whiston.² He married Catherine Brown, daughter of Edward Brown, in 1817.¹ He died on 13 October 1848 at age 70.¹
     He gained the rank of Commander in the Royal Navy.¹ He held the office of Police Magistrate of Marlborough Street in 1817.¹

     Edward Brown lived at Horbling, Lincolnshire, England^G.¹ He lived at Barn Hill, Stamford, Lincolnshire, England^G.¹

     Catherine Brown is the daughter of Edward Brown.² She married Commander John Edward Conant, son of Sir Nathaniel Conant and Sarah Whiston, in 1817.¹
     From 1817, her married name became Conant.

     Edward Nathaniel Conant was born on 15 May 1820.² He was the son of Commander John Edward Conant and Catherine Brown.² He married Gertrude Mary Proby, daughter of Reverend Charles James Proby and Frances Sharrer, on 27 August 1844.² He died on 17 September 1901 at age 81.²

     Reverend John William Conant was born on 21 February 1824.¹ He was the son of Commander John Edward Conant and Catherine Brown.² He married Frances Catherine Groves, daughter of Colonel Percy Groves and Frances Diana Squire, on 26 July 1848 at Charing, Kent, England.^1,3 He died on 20 February 1884 at age 59.¹
