Hardy-Smith on 20 December 1932.¹ She died on 4 September 1964.¹
     From 14 October 1913, her married name became Smith. From 20 December 1932, her married name became Hardy-Smith.¹

     Frederick John Vivian Smith, 2nd Baron Colwyn was born on 26 November 1914.¹ He was the son of Hon. Frederick Henry Hamilton Smith and Hilda Ross.³ He married, firstly, Miriam Gwendoline Ferguson, daughter of Victor Bruce Ferguson, on 21 December 1940.¹ He and Miriam Gwendoline Ferguson were divorced in 1951.¹ He married, secondly, Hermione Sophia O’Bryen Hoare, daughter of Cyril Bertie Edward O’Bryen Hoare and Isabel Mary Fielder, on 18 July 1952.¹ He and Hermione Sophia O’Bryen Hoare were divorced in 1954.¹ He married, thirdly, Beryl Walker, daughter of Harvey Walker, on 8 January 1955.¹ He died on 29 May 1966 at age 51.¹
     He was educated at Malvern College, Malvern, Worcestershire, England^G.¹ He fought in the Second World War, where he was wounded.¹ He gained the rank of Captain in the 2nd Battalion, Gordon Highlanders.¹ He was a stockbroker.¹ He succeeded as the 2nd Baron Colwyn, of Colwyn Bay, co. Denbigh [U.K., 1917] on 26 January 1946.¹ He succeeded as the 2nd Baronet Smith, of Colwyn Bay, co. Denbigh [U.K., 1912] on 26 January 1946.¹

     Elisabeth Joan Babette Hamilton Smith was born on 8 July 1919.¹ She is the daughter of Hon. Frederick Henry Hamilton Smith and Hilda Ross.² She married Lt.-Col. John Baddeley Bagot Ferguson, son of Victor Bruce Ferguson, on 1 September 1939.¹
     From 1 September 1939, her married name became Ferguson.

     Victor Bruce Ferguson lived at Abbotsdene, Charlotn Kings, Cheltenham, Gloucestershire, England^G.¹

     Lt.-Col. John Baddeley Bagot Ferguson is the son of Victor Bruce Ferguson.² He married Elisabeth Joan Babette Hamilton Smith, daughter of Hon. Frederick Henry Hamilton Smith and Hilda Ross, on 1 September 1939.¹
     He gained the rank of Lieutenant-Colonel in the Royal Tank Regiment.¹

     Nicholas John Ferguson was born on 17 March 1941.¹ He is the son of Lt.-Col. John Baddeley Bagot Ferguson and Elisabeth Joan Babette Hamilton Smith.² He married Karen Elisabeth Svansø, daughter of Niels Ladefoged Christensen Svansø, on 8 May 1965.¹
     He was educated at Michaelhouse School, Balgowan, Natal, South Africa^G.¹ He lived in 2003 at Ashcraig, The Croft, Bures, Essex, England^G.¹
