     Sir Richard La Touche Colthurst, 9th Bt. was born on 14 August 1928.¹ He was the son of Sir Richard St. John Jefferyes Colthurst, 8th Bt. and Denys Maida Hanmer West.² He married Janet Georgina Wilson-Wright, daughter of Leonard Almroth Wilson-Wright and Florence Janet Margaret Ivory, on 24 October 1953.¹ He died on 22 March 2003 at age 74.¹
     He was educated at Harrow School, Harrow, London, England^G.¹ He graduated from Peterhouse College, Cambridge University, Cambridge, Cambridgeshire, England^G, with a Master of Arts (M.A.)¹ He succeeded as the 9th Baronet Colthurst, of Ardum, co. Cork [I., 1744] on 18 February 1955.¹ He was host and organiser of the Blarney Castle International Three Day Event between 1992 and 2003.¹ He became a Liveryman of the Grocers’ Company.¹

     Leonard Almroth Wilson-Wright was born on 31 March 1891.² He is the son of Sir Almroth Edward Wright and Jane Georgina Wilson.² He married Florence Janet Margaret Ivory, daughter of James Ivory.¹ He died on 7 November 1972 at age 81 at County Kildare, Ireland.²
     He lived at Coolcarrigan, County Kildare, Ireland^G.¹

     Janet Georgina Wilson-Wright was the daughter of Leonard Almroth Wilson-Wright and Florence Janet Margaret Ivory.^2,1 She married Sir Richard La Touche Colthurst, 9th Bt., son of Sir Richard St. John Jefferyes Colthurst, 8th Bt. and Denys Maida Hanmer West, on 24 October 1953.¹ She died on 17 November 2007.³
     From 24 October 1953, her married name became Colthurst.¹

     Margaret Forrester is the daughter of unknown Forrester.¹ She married Sir James Colville of Ochiltree, son of Sir Robert Colville of Hiltoun and Ochiltree and Elizabeth Arnot, on 21 May 1536.¹
     From 21 May 1536, her married name became Colville.¹

     Dr. James Richard Colthurst was born on 7 March 1957.¹ He is the son of Sir Richard La Touche Colthurst, 9th Bt. and Janet Georgina Wilson-Wright.² He married Dominique G. Coles, daughter of Gale Coles, in 1990.¹
     He was educated at Eton College, Windsor, Berkshire, England^G.¹ Between 1973 and 1974 he rowed for England Youth International.¹ He graduated from St. Thomas’ Hospital Medical School, London, England^G, with a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.)¹ He graduated from St. Thomas’ Hospital Medical School, London, England^G, with a Bachelor of Medicine (M.B.)¹ He graduated from St. Thomas’ Hospital Medical School, London, England^G, in 1982 with a Bachelor of Surgery (B.S.)¹ He was appointed Fellow, Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh (F.R.C.S.E.) in 1985.¹ He graduated from Brunel University^G in 1992 with a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.)¹ He was an inventor, and medical business consultant.¹ He lived in 2003 at Balsdon Farm House, Folly Road, Inkpen, Berkshire, England^G.¹
