     Colonel George Colquhoun was born circa 1705.2 He was the son of James Colquhoun and Elizabeth Colquhoun.3 He married, firstly, Rebecca Jones, daughter of William Jones, on 7 January 1751.1 He married, secondly, Charlotte Barclay, daughter of David Barclay, in 1777.1 He died in 1785.1
     He gained the rank of Colonel in the States General Army (Netherlands.)1 In 1722 he incorrectly assumed the 1625 barontecy on death of his cousin Humphrey.1 He lived at Tilliquhoun, ScotlandG.1

Robert David Colquhoun1

     Robert David Colquhoun was born posthumously in 1786.1 He was the son of Colonel George Colquhoun and Charlotte Barclay.2 He married Anna Maria Colvin, daughter of James Colquhoun Colvin and Maria Jackson, in February 1822.1 He died on 2 June 1838, without issue.1
     In 1812 he incorrectly assumed the 1625 barontecy.1 He gained the rank of Brevet Major in the Bengal Army.1 He lived at Tilliquhoun, ScotlandG.1
