     Winifreda Irene Bevan is the daughter of Edmund Henry Bevan and Hon. Joan Mary Conyers Norton.^1,2 She married Brigadier Arthur Stewart Pakington Murray, son of Lt.-Col. Arthur Mordaunt Murray and Mabel Meliora Nicholson, on 30 September 1961.¹
     Her married name became Murray.

     Rita Frances Manning Hazeland was born in 1903.² She was the daughter of Ernest Manning Hazeland and Helene Hanish.^1,2 She married Vice-Admiral Edward Russell Gibson, 3rd Baron Ashbourne, son of Hon. Edward Graves Mayne Gibson and Mary Phillips Greg, on 20 July 1929.¹ She died on 20 January 1996.³
     From 20 July 1929, her married name became Gibson.¹ After her marriage, Rita Frances Manning Hazeland was styled as Baroness Ashbourne on 21 January 1942.

     Lt.-Col. Godfrey Pemberton Murray was born on 13 June 1901.¹ He was the son of Lt.-Col. Arthur Mordaunt Murray and Mabel Meliora Nicholson.¹ He married Mabel Isabel Brownlee, daughter of Dr. D. Brownlee, on 3 December 1934.¹ He died on 10 April 1985 at age 83 at Witley, Surrey, England.^1,2
     He was educated at Radley College, Abingdon, Oxfordshire, England^G.¹ He was educated at Royal Military College, Sandhurst, Berkshire, England^G.¹ He fought in the Second World War.¹ He gained the rank of Lieutenant-Colonel in the Seaforth Highlanders.¹ He was awarded the Distinguished Service Order (D.S.O.) in 1945.¹ He held the office of Queen’s Messenger in 1951.¹ He held the office of Superintendant of the Queen’s Messengers between 1957 and 1985.¹

     Mabel Isabel Brownlee is the daughter of Dr. D. Brownlee.¹ She married Lt.-Col. Godfrey Pemberton Murray, son of Lt.-Col. Arthur Mordaunt Murray and Mabel Meliora Nicholson, on 3 December 1934.¹
     Her married name became Murray.

     Susan Elizabeth Murray was born on 18 September 1935.¹ She is the daughter of Lt.-Col. Godfrey Pemberton Murray and Mabel Isabel Brownlee.¹ She married David Hill, son of Commander George Walter Hill, on 6 June 1959.¹
     Her married name became Hill.

     David Hill is the son of Commander George Walter Hill.¹ He married Susan Elizabeth Murray, daughter of Lt.-Col. Godfrey Pemberton Murray and Mabel Isabel Brownlee, on 6 June 1959.¹

     Harry George Felix Murray was born on 20 September 1905.¹ He was the son of Lt.-Col. Arthur Mordaunt Murray and Mabel Meliora Nicholson.¹ He died on 13 January 1906.¹

     Olive Penelope Murray was born on 28 January 1908.¹ She is the daughter of Lt.-Col. Arthur Mordaunt Murray and Mabel Meliora Nicholson.¹ She married, firstly, Charles Russell Wood in 1928.¹ She and Charles Russell Wood were divorced in 1942.¹ She married, secondly, Sir Walter Charles Norton, son of Walter Percy Norton and Louisa May Kershaw, in 1948.¹
     From 1928, her married name became Wood. From 1948, her married name became Norton. She was appointed Member, Order of the British Empire (M.B.E.)¹

     Charles Russell Wood married Olive Penelope Murray, daughter of Lt.-Col. Arthur Mordaunt Murray and Mabel Meliora Nicholson, in 1928.¹ He and Olive Penelope Murray were divorced in 1942.¹

     Sir Walter Charles Norton was born on 24 May 1896 at Kensington, London, England.² He was the son of Walter Percy Norton and Louisa May Kershaw.^1,2 He married Olive Penelope Murray, daughter of Lt.-Col. Arthur Mordaunt Murray and Mabel Meliora Nicholson, in 1948.¹ He died on 22 October 1974 at age 78.¹
     He was appointed Member, Order of the British Empire (M.B.E.)¹ He was awarded the Military Cross (M.C.)¹ Sir Walter Charles Norton usually went by his middle name of Charles.¹
