     Philip Laurence John Stanhope was born on 8 December 1857.¹ He was the son of George Philip Stanhope, 8th Earl of Chesterfield and Marianne Roche.¹ He died on 1 September 1860 at age 2.¹

     Isabel Marian Chetwynd was born at Atherston, Warwickshire, England^G.² She was the daughter of Sir George Chetwynd, 3rd Bt. and Lady Charlotte Augusta Hill.³ She married, firstly, Cudworth Halsted Poole on 24 May 1870.¹ She married, secondly, Robert Wellington Stapleton-Cotton, 3rd Viscount Combermere of Bhurtpore, son of Colonel Wellington Henry Stapleton-Cotton, 2nd Viscount Combermere of Bhurtpore and Susan Alice Sitwell, on 22 June 1880.¹ She died on 17 September 1930.¹
     From 24 May 1870, her married name became Poole. From 22 June 1880, her married name became Stapleton-Cotton. After her marriage, Isabel Marian Chetwynd was styled as Viscountess Combermere of Bhurtpore on 1 December 1891.

     Cudworth Halsted Poole married Isabel Marian Chetwynd, daughter of Sir George Chetwynd, 3rd Bt. and Lady Charlotte Augusta Hill, on 24 May 1870.¹
     He lived at Marbury Hall, Shropshire, England^G.¹

     Hon. Frances Chetwynd was the daughter of John Chetwynd, 2nd Viscount Chetwynd of Bearhaven and Esther Kent.¹ She died after 1767.¹

     Georgiana Chetwynd was the daughter of Sir George Chetwynd, 3rd Bt. and Lady Charlotte Augusta Hill.² She married Dudley Francis North, 7th Earl of Guilford, son of Dudley North, Lord North and Charlotte Maria Eden, on 4 May 1874.¹ She died on 13 May 1931.¹
     After her marriage, Georgiana Chetwynd was styled as Countess of Guilford on 4 May 1874. From 4 May 1874, her married name became North.

     Dudley Francis North, 7th Earl of Guilford was born on 14 July 1851 at Weavering, Kent, England.^2,3 He was the son of Dudley North, Lord North and Charlotte Maria Eden.² He married Georgiana Chetwynd, daughter of Sir George Chetwynd, 3rd Bt. and Lady Charlotte Augusta Hill, on 4 May 1874.¹ He died on 19 December 1885 at age 34 at Sydling Court, Sydling St. Nicholas, Dorset, England.^2,3
     He was educated at Eton College, Windsor, Berkshire, England^G.² He succeeded as the 9th Baron of Guilford, co. Surrey [E., 1683] on 29 January 1861.² He succeeded as the 7th Earl of Guilford [G.B., 1752] on 29 January 1861.² He gained the rank of Lieutenant in the Royal Horse Guards.² He gained the rank of Honorary Colonel in the Royal East Kent Yeomanry Cavalry.²

     Hon. John Chetwynd was born circa 1720.¹ He was the son of John Chetwynd, 2nd Viscount Chetwynd of Bearhaven and Esther Kent.¹ He died circa May 1741, unmarried.¹ He was buried on 30 May 1741 at Ingestre, Staffordshire, England^G.¹
     He matriculated at Corpus Christi College, Oxford University, Oxford, Oxfordshire, England^G, on 12 May 1737.¹ He graduated from Corpus Christi College, Oxford University, Oxford, Oxfordshire, England^G, on 24 January 1739/40.¹

     Deborah Robinson is the daughter of Sir Leonard Robinson and Deborah Collet.^1,2

     Sir Leonard Robinson was the son of Thomas Robinson and Frances Smelt.² He married Deborah Collet, daughter of Sir James Collet.² He died in 1696.²
     He was Chamberlain to the City of London.²
