     Hon. Charles Evelyn North was born on 18 March 1918.¹ He was the son of Lt.-Col. Frederick George North, 8th Earl of Guilford and Mary Violet Pawson.² He married, firstly, Maureen O’Callaghan Baldwin, daughter of Major Francis Charles Brian Baldwin, on 12 September 1942.¹ He and Maureen O’Callaghan Baldwin were divorced in 1957.¹ He married, secondly, Joan Aston Booker, daughter of Major Frederick Bertram Booker, on 10 March 1959.¹ He died on 6 January 2003 at age 84.¹
     He was educated at Eton College, Windsor, Berkshire, England^G.¹ He fought in the Second World War.¹ He gained the rank of Flight Lieutenant in the Royal Air Force Volunteer Reserve.¹ He graduated from London University, London, England^G, in 1939 with a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.)¹ He was registered as a Member, Institution of Mechanical Engineers (M.I.Mech.E.)¹

     Maureen O’Callaghan Baldwin is the daughter of Major Francis Charles Brian Baldwin.² She married Hon. Charles Evelyn North, son of Lt.-Col. Frederick George North, 8th Earl of Guilford and Mary Violet Pawson, on 12 September 1942.¹ She and Hon. Charles Evelyn North were divorced in 1957.¹
     From 12 September 1942, her married name became North.

     Peter David North was born on 20 October 1943.¹ He is the son of Hon. Charles Evelyn North and Maureen O’Callaghan Baldwin.²
     He was educated at Dover College, Dover, Kent, England^G.¹

     Susan Caroline North was born on 6 August 1947.¹ She is the daughter of Hon. Charles Evelyn North and Maureen O’Callaghan Baldwin.²

     Lady Cynthia Mary Noel North was born on 25 December 1908.¹ She was the daughter of Lt.-Col. Frederick George North, 8th Earl of Guilford and Mary Violet Pawson.² She married Lt.-Col. Max Wells Williams, son of William Stanley Williams, on 1 June 1935.¹ She died on 25 August 1940 at age 31, killed in an accident.¹
     From 1 June 1935, her married name became Williams.

     Lt.-Col. Max Wells Williams is the son of William Stanley Williams.² He married Lady Cynthia Mary Noel North, daughter of Lt.-Col. Frederick George North, 8th Earl of Guilford and Mary Violet Pawson, on 1 June 1935.¹

     Lady Muriel Emily North was born on 16 April 1879.¹ She was the daughter of Dudley Francis North, 7th Earl of Guilford and Georgiana Chetwynd.² She died on 15 March 1937 at age 57, unmarried.¹
