Andrew Barnard1

Andrew Barnard was born circa 1765.3 He was the son of Rt. Rev. Thomas Barnard and Anne Browne.3 He married Lady Anne Lindsay, daughter of James Lindsay, 5th Earl of Balcarres and Anne Dalrymple, on 31 October 1793.1 He died on 27 October 1807 at Cape of Good Hope, Cape Province, South AfricaG, without issue.1
He held the office of Secretary to the Colony of Cape of Good Hope.1
