     Charles Trench was born between 1767 and 1770.¹ He was the son of William Power Keating Trench, 1st Earl of Clancarty and Anne Gardiner.¹ He died, in infancy.¹

     Mary Ruthven was the daughter of Patrick Ruthven and Elizabeth Woodford.³ She married Sir Anthony Van Dyck.¹ She married, secondly, Sir Richard Pryse, Bt. after 1641.² She died in 1645.²
     She held the office of Maid of Honour to Queen Henrietta Maria.¹ Her married name became Van Dyck. From after 1641, her married name became Pryse.²

     Sir Anthony Van Dyck was born in 1599 at Anvers, Belgium^G.² He married Mary Ruthven, daughter of Patrick Ruthven and Elizabeth Woodford.¹ He died in 1641 at London, England^G.²
     He was a celebrated painter.¹

     Reverend William Newton Guinness was born in 1811.² He was the son of William Lunell Guinness and Susanna Newton.² He married, firstly, Harriette Trench, daughter of Rear-Admiral Hon. William Le Poer Trench and Sarah Cuppage, on 31 March 1835.³ He married, secondly, Elizabeth D. Percival after 1839.² He married, thirdly, Harriet F. Day after 1845.² He died in 1894.²
     He was the Rector at Collooney, County Sligo, Ireland^G.² He was the Rector at Colloney, County Sligo, Ireland^G.¹ He was the Rector at Christ Church, South Yarra, Melbourne, Victoria, Australia^G.¹ He had a son (died without issue) and one other daughter by his first wife, and two other sons by his third wife.²

     Captain Robert Taylor married Harriet Laura Johnston, daughter of Charles A. Johnston, before 1870.¹ He died before 1870.¹

     Samuel Thompson lived at Muckamore Abbey, County Antrim, Ireland^G.¹

     Lt.-Col. Frederick Æmilius Trench was born on 6 July 1857.¹ He was the son of Reverend Frederick William Trench and Matilda Sophia Ireland.¹ He married, firstly, Mary Phoebe Gertrude Roberts, daughter of C. W. Roberts, on 29 March 1883.¹ He married, secondly, Frances Lee Bryant, daughter of T. J. Bryant, on 21 October 1929.¹ He died on 4 January 1942 at age 84, without issue.¹
     He gained the rank of Lieutenant-Colonel and Brevet Colonel in the Army Service Corps.¹ He fought in the Boer War.¹ He was appointed Companion, Order of the Bath (C.B.) in 1900.¹ He was appointed Commander, Order of the British Empire (C.B.E.) in 1919.¹

     Mary Phoebe Gertrude Roberts was the daughter of C. W. Roberts.¹ She married Lt.-Col. Frederick Æmilius Trench, son of Reverend Frederick William Trench and Matilda Sophia Ireland, on 29 March 1883.¹ She died on 19 June 1928.¹
     From 29 March 1883, her married name became Trench.¹

     C. W. Roberts lived at Radstock, Somerset, England^G.¹ He was registered as a Member, Royal College of Surgeons (M.R.C.S.)¹

     Frances Lee Bryant was the daughter of T. J. Bryant.¹ She married Lt.-Col. Frederick Æmilius Trench, son of Reverend Frederick William Trench and Matilda Sophia Ireland, on 21 October 1929.¹ She died on 18 May 1937.¹
     From 21 October 1929, her married name became Trench.¹
