     Simon Richard Thomas was born on 27 February 1957.¹ He is the son of Henry Alun Thomas and Corinne Joy Richardson.¹ He married Chantal Aline Holland, daughter of Patrick Columba Holland and Aline Aimée Duchesne de Lamotte.²

     Ernest William Gurney Masterman was born in 1867.² He was the son of Thomas William Masterman and Margaret Hanson Gurney.² He married Lucy Marie Zeller, daughter of Reverend John Zeller and Hanna Maria Sophie Gobat.² He died in 1943.²

     Angus Campbell MacInnes was born in 1901.¹ He was the son of Rennie MacInnes and Janet Waldegrave Carr.^1,2 He married Florence Isabella Joy Masterman, daughter of Ernest William Gurney Masterman and Lucy Marie Zeller.¹ He died in 1977.¹
     He held the office of Bishop of Bedford between 1953 and 1957.¹ He held the office of Archbishop of Jerusalem between 1957 and 1969.¹

     Rennie MacInnes was born in 1870. He was the son of Miles MacInnes and Euphemia Johnston.² He married Janet Waldegrave Carr, daughter of Reverend Edmund Carr, on 5 August 1896 at Holbrook, Derbyshire, England.² He died on 24 December 1931.²
     He held the office of Bishop of Jerusalem between 1915 and 1931.¹
