     Christopher Simon Andrew Sykes was born on 23 July 1948.² He is the son of Sir Mark Tatton Richard Tatton-Sykes, 7th Bt. and Virginia Gilliat.^1,2 He married Belinda Susan Mary Giles, daughter of Frank Thomas Robertson Giles and Lady Katharine Pamela Sackville, on 25 September 1982 at Church of St. Michael and All Angels, Withyham, Sussex, England^G.^3,4 He and Belinda Susan Mary Giles were divorced in 1997.⁵
     He was educated at Eton College, Windsor, Berkshire, England.² He was a photographer and author (writer-presenter ‘Upper Crust’ six-part BBC2 TV series on country-house cookery, also The Big House, the story of a country house and its family ) in 2004.²

     Belinda Susan Mary Giles was born on 9 June 1958.² She is the daughter of Frank Thomas Robertson Giles and Lady Katharine Pamela Sackville.¹ She married, firstly, Christopher Simon Andrew Sykes, son of Sir Mark Tatton Richard Tatton-Sykes, 7th Bt. and Virginia Gilliat, on 25 September 1982 at Church of St. Michael and All Angels, Withyham, Sussex, England^G.^1,3 She and Christopher Simon Andrew Sykes were divorced in 1997.⁴ She married, secondly, David Dimbleby, son of Frederick Richard Dimbleby and Dilys Violet Constance Thomas, in 2000.⁵
     She was educated at Girton College, Cambridge University, Cambridge, Cambridgeshire, England^G.² From 25 September 1982, her married name became Sykes.¹ From 2000, her married name became Dimbleby.⁵ She lived in 2003 at 14 King Street, Richmond, Surrey, England^G.²

     Margaret Katharine Buxton was born on 18 September 1885 at Ware, Hertfordshire, England.² She was the daughter of John Henry Buxton and Emma Maria Pelly.³ She married Reverend Edward Louis Longfield McClintock, son of Lt.-Col. Charles Edward McClintock and Blanche Louisa Dunlop, on 9 July 1912.¹ She died on 7 December 1974 at age 89 at Uttlesford, Essex, England.²
     From 9 July 1912, her married name became McClintock.

     Major Leopold Alfred McClintock was born on 7 September 1853 at 2D Gardiners Place, Dublin, County Dublin, Ireland.¹ He was the son of Dr. Alfred Henry McClintock and Frances Cuppaidge.¹ He was baptised on 30 September 1853.¹ He married Jane Bunbury Moore, daughter of John Louis Moore, on 1 March 1881.¹ He married Harriet Alice Franklin Price, daughter of Sir John Frederick Price and Alice Phillips, in 1892.² He died on 19 February 1933 at age 79 at St. Thomas, Devon, England.³
     He gained the rank of Major in the Royal Horse Artillery.²

     Reverend Edward Louis Longfield McClintock was born on 21 February 1886.² He was the son of Lt.-Col. Charles Edward McClintock and Blanche Louisa Dunlop.³ He married Margaret Katharine Buxton, daughter of John Henry Buxton and Emma Maria Pelly, on 9 July 1912.¹ He died on 25 May 1961 at age 75 at Lyndhurst, Stanstead Abbots, Hertfordshire, England^G.^1,2

     Lilian Rosamond Buxton was baptised on 14 October 1888 at Cromer, Norfolk, England.² She was the daughter of John Henry Buxton and Emma Maria Pelly.³ She died on 18 February 1969 at age 80, unmarried.¹

     Frank Thomas Robertson Giles was born on 31 July 1919.² He was the son of Colonel Frank Lucas Netlam Giles and Elgiva Mary Ackland-Allen.^3,4 He married Lady Katharine Pamela Sackville, daughter of Herbrand Edward Dundonald Brassey Sackville, 9th Earl De La Warr and Diana Helena Leigh, on 29 June 1946.³ He died on 30 October 2019 at age 100.²
     He was foreign editor of The Sunday Times between 1961 and 1977.² He was deputy editor of The Sunday Times between 1967 and 1981.² He was editor of The Sunday Times between 1981 and 1983.³ He lived at Bunns Cottage, Lye Green, Crowborough, Sussex, England^G.¹

     Lady Katharine Pamela Sackville was born on 4 March 1926.² She was the daughter of Herbrand Edward Dundonald Brassey Sackville, 9th Earl De La Warr and Diana Helena Leigh.^1,2 She married Frank Thomas Robertson Giles, son of Colonel Frank Lucas Netlam Giles and Elgiva Mary Ackland-Allen, on 29 June 1946.² She died on 1 August 2010 at age 84.³
     From 29 June 1946, her married name became Giles.¹ She lived in 2003 at 42 Blomfield Road, London, England^G.²

     Mary Harbord was born on 28 January 1858.² She was the daughter of Rev. Hon. John Harbord and Caroline Penelope Hamond.² She married Lt.-Col. Geoffrey Fowell Buxton, son of Thomas Fowell Buxton and Rachel Jane Gurney, on 3 September 1878.² She died on 18 November 1940 at age 82.²
     From 3 September 1878, her married name became Buxton.
