     Aline le Despenser was the daughter of Hugh le Despenser, 1st and last Earl of Winchester and Isabella de Beauchamp.1 She married Edward Burnell, 1st and last Lord Burnell, son of Sir Philip Burnell and Maud FitzAlan, after 3 May 1302.1 She died before 28 November 1353.1
     From after 3 May 1302, her married name became Burnell.1 She held the office of Constable of Conway Castle on 30 January 1325/26.1

     Maud Burnell is the daughter of Sir Philip Burnell and Maud FitzAlan.1 She married, firstly, John Lovel, 2nd Lord Lovel (of Titchmarsh), son of John Lovel, 1st Lord Zouche (of Titchmarsh), before 1314.1,2 She married, secondly, John de Haudlo in 1315.2
     From before 1315, her married name became Lovel.1 From 1315, her married name became de Haudlo.2

     John Lovel, 2nd Lord Lovel (of Titchmarsh) was the son of John Lovel, 1st Lord Zouche (of Titchmarsh).2 He married Maud Burnell, daughter of Sir Philip Burnell and Maud FitzAlan, before 1314.1,3 He died on 24 June 1314.3
     He succeeded as the 2nd Lord Lovel, of Titchmarsh [E., 1299] before 1 October 1310.2

Nicholas Burnell, 1st Lord Burnell1

     Nicholas Burnell, 1st Lord Burnell was born circa 1323.1,2 He was the son of John de Haudlo and Maud Burnell.1 He married Mary (?) before 12 July 1339.1 He died on 19 January 1382/83.1
     He was given the name of Nicholas de Haudlo at birth.1 In 1348 his name was legally changed to Nicholas Burnell.1 He was created 1st Lord Burnell [England by writ] on 24 November 1350.1 On 15 May 1355 he had seisin of his father’s lands.1 On 25 June 1363 he had livery of Condover and Little Rissington.1 He fought in the wars with France.1

     Joan Devereux was the daughter of Sir John Devereux, 1st Lord Devereux and Margaret de Vere.1 She married, firstly, Walter FitzWalter, 5th Lord FitzWalter, son of Walter FitzWalter, 4th Lord FitzWalter and Alianore Dagworth.2 She married, secondly, Sir Hugh Burnell, 2nd Lord Burnell, son of Nicholas Burnell, 1st Lord Burnell and Mary (?), before 29 January 1407/8.1,3 She died on 11 May 1409.1 She was buried at Dunmow, Essex, EnglandG.1 An inquest post mortem was held for her on 6 November 1422.1
     Her married name became FitzWalter.1 From from 1408 to 1409, her married name became Burnell.1

     Walter FitzWalter, 5th Lord FitzWalter was born on 5 September 1368 at Henham, EnglandG.1 He was the son of Walter FitzWalter, 4th Lord FitzWalter and Alianore Dagworth.1,2 He married Joan Devereux, daughter of Sir John Devereux, 1st Lord Devereux and Margaret de Vere.1 He died on 16 May 1406 at age 37 at Venice, ItalyG.1
     He succeeded as the 5th Lord FitzWalter [E., 1295] on 26 September 1386.1
