     Loelia Helen Buchan-Hepburn was born on 1 July 1897.¹ She was the daughter of Sir Archibald Buchan-Hepburn of Smeaton Hepburn, 4th Bt. and Edith Agnes Karslake.¹ She married Donald Bradley Somervell, Baron Somervell of Harrow, son of Robert Somervell, on 29 July 1933.¹ She died on 18 July 1945 at age 48.¹
     From 29 July 1933, her married name became Somervell.

     Donald Bradley Somervell, Baron Somervell of Harrow was born on 24 August 1889.² He was the son of Robert Somervell.² He married Loelia Helen Buchan-Hepburn, daughter of Sir Archibald Buchan-Hepburn of Smeaton Hepburn, 4th Bt. and Edith Agnes Karslake, on 29 July 1933.¹ He died on 18 November 1960 at age 71.¹
     He was educated at Harrow School, Harrow, London, England^G.² He was educated at Magdalen College, Oxford University, Oxford, Oxfordshire, England^G.² He was appointed Queen’s Counsel (Q.C.)¹ He held the office of Lord Justice of Appeal between 1946 and 1954.³ He was appointed Officer, Order of the British Empire (O.B.E.)¹ He was appointed Privy Counsellor (P.C.)¹ He held the office of Lord of Appeal in Ordinary on 4 October 1954.¹ He was created Baron Somervell of Harrow, of Ewelme in the County of Oxford [U.K. Law Lord] between 4 October 1954 and 1960.²

     Agnes Buchan-Hepburn was born on 9 September 1838 at Prestonkirk, East Lothian, Scotland.² She was the daughter of Sir Thomas Buchan-Hepburn of Smeaton Hepburn, 3rd Bt. and Helen Little.¹ She married James MacDouall on 16 September 1869.¹ She died on 15 March 1926 at age 87 at Port Logan, Galloway, Scotland.¹
     From 16 September 1869, her married name became MacDouall.

     James MacDouall was born in 1840.² He married Agnes Buchan-Hepburn, daughter of Sir Thomas Buchan-Hepburn of Smeaton Hepburn, 3rd Bt. and Helen Little, on 16 September 1869.¹ He died in 1896.¹
     He lived at Logan, Stranraer, Wigtownshire, Scotland^G.¹

     Mary Turner Buchan-Hepburn was the daughter of Sir Thomas Buchan-Hepburn of Smeaton Hepburn, 3rd Bt. and Helen Little.¹ She died on 2 April 1937, unmarried.¹

     Jane Buchan-Hepburn was the daughter of Sir Thomas Buchan-Hepburn of Smeaton Hepburn, 3rd Bt. and Helen Little.¹ She married Lt.-Col. David Milne-Home, son of David Milne-Home of Wedderburn, on 13 August 1867.¹ She died on 26 December 1881.¹
     From 13 August 1867, her married name became Milne-Home.¹

     Sir Mordaunt Martin, 4th Bt. was the son of Sir Roger Martin, 3rd Bt. and Sophia Mordaunt.¹ He married Catherine Styleman, daughter of Reverend Armine Styleman.¹
     He gained the title of 4th Baronet Martin.

     Emily Buchan-Hepburn was the daughter of Sir Thomas Buchan-Hepburn of Smeaton Hepburn, 3rd Bt. and Helen Little.¹ She died on 8 July 1935.¹

     John Buchan Buchan-Hepburn was born on 29 May 1806.¹ He was the son of Sir John Buchan-Hepburn of Smeaton Hepburn, 2nd Bt. and Mary Turner Hog.¹ He married Margaret Sophia Swinton, daughter of Archibald Henry Swinton, on 31 May 1837.¹ He died on 12 December 1874 at age 68.¹
     He lived at Fife, Scotland^G.¹
