Doreen Albina de Burgh Gibbs.¹ He married, firstly, Prudence Veronica Keenlyside, daughter of F. H. Keenlyside, on 29 July 1967 at All Saints’ Church, Odiham, Hampshire, England^G.² He and Prudence Veronica Keenlyside were divorced in 1967.³ He married, secondly, Susan Elizabeth Ball, daughter of Thomas Ball, on 14 September 1973 at Gray’s Inn Chapel, London, England^G.²
     He was educated at Harrow School, Harrow, London, England.³ He graduated from Magdalen College, Oxford University, Oxford, Oxfordshire, England, with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.)³ He was admitted to Inner Temple in 1961 entitled to practise as a barrister.³ He held the office of Metropolitan Stipendiary Magistrate between 1981 and 1986.³ He held the office of Circuit Judge in 1986.³

     Rowan Patricia Garnier is the daughter of Peter Garnier and June Patricia St. George Bayly.¹ She married Clifford Mould on 24 January 1976.¹
     From 24 January 1976, her married name became Mould.¹

     Mark Robert Timothy Garnier was born on 26 February 1963.¹ He is the son of Peter Garnier and Patricia Elizabeth Dowden.¹ He married Caroline Joyce.³
