Henry Charles Thomas Hambro also went by the nick-name of Harry.2 In 1891 he inherited Milton Abbey but sold it in 1900 to his uncle, Sir Everard.2 He was with C. J. General Sir Reginald John Thornton Hildyard1 
General Sir Reginald John Thornton Hildyard was born on 11 December 1876.3 He was the son of General Sir Henry John Thoroton Hildyard.1 He married Muriel Mary Bonsor, daughter of Sir Henry Cosmo Orme Bonsor, 1st Bt. and Mabel Grace Brand, on 23 November 1911.1 He died on 29 September 1965 at age 88.1
He was appointed Companion, Order of St. Michael and St. George (C.M.G.)1 He was awarded the Distinguished Service Order (D.S.O.)1 He gained the rank of General in the Royal West Kent Regiment.1 He was appointed Knight Commander, Order of the Bath (K.C.B.)1
General Sir Henry John Thoroton Hildyard1 
General Sir Henry John Thoroton Hildyard was born on 5 July 1846 at Flintham, Nottinghamshire, England.3 He was the son of Thomas Blackborne Thoroton Hildyard and Anne Margaret Rochfort.4 He married Annette Prevost, daughter of Commander James Charles Prevost and Ellen Mary Moresby, on 14 May 1871 at Tunbridge Wells, Kent, England.5 He died on 25 July 1916 at age 70.3
He was appointed Knight Grand Cross, Order of the Bath (G.C.B.) in 1911.1 He lived at Filntham Hall, Flintham, Nottinghamshire, England.5
