     William Henry Buffett was born on 13 July 1859 at Norfolk Island^G.² He was the son of Thomas Buffett and Louisa Quintal.³ He was baptised on 24 July 1859 at Norfolk Island^G.² He married Harriett Eliza Nobbs, daughter of Francis Mason Nobbs and Harriett Augusta Quintal, on 7 January 1892 at Norfolk Island^G.³ He died on 26 April 1940 at age 80 at Norfolk Island^G.² He was buried on 27 April 1940 at Kingston Cemetery, Norfolk Island^G.²

     Joan FitzMaurice was the daughter of Thomas FitzMaurice, 14th Baron of Kerry and Lixnaw and Lady Margaret FitzGerald.¹ She married Donough O’Brien, 3rd Earl of Thomond, son of Conor O’Brien, 2nd Earl of Thomond and Una O’Brien.¹
     Her married name became O’Brien.¹

     John Henry Claude Buffett was born on 16 December 1895 at Norfolk Island^G.¹ He was the son of William Henry Buffett and Harriett Eliza Nobbs.¹ He died on 19 May 1897 at age 1 at Norfolk Island^G.¹

     Reuben Reginald Buffett was born on 19 March 1899 at Norfolk Island^G.¹ He was the son of William Henry Buffett and Harriett Eliza Nobbs.¹ He married May Waterhouse, daughter of Rowland Skipsey Waterhouse and Susan Taylor, on 24 July 1918 at Norfolk Island^G.² He died on 12 June 1953 at age 54 at Norfolk Island^G.¹
     He was a farmer.²

     Augusta Elizabeth Buffett was born on 29 November 1901 at Norfolk Island^G.¹ She was the daughter of William Henry Buffett and Harriett Eliza Nobbs.¹ She died in March 1940 at age 38 at Norfolk Island^G, after taking ill while nursing her ailing father.¹

     Colonel Garret FitzMaurice was the son of Patrick FitzMaurice, 15th Baron of Kerry and Lixnaw and Jane Roche.¹ He married Lady Lucy Tuchet, daughter of Mervyn Tuchet, 2nd Earl of Castlehaven and Elizabeth Barnham.¹ He died in September 1632 at Louvain, Belgium^G.¹ He was also reported to have died on 16 December 1662.¹
     He gained the rank of Colonel in the Spanish Army.¹

     Denone Harriett Buffett was born in 1923 at Norfolk Island^G.² She is the daughter of Thomas Francis Buffett and Nellie Elva Quintal.¹ She married Mortimer Conaghan at New Zealand^G.¹
     Her married name became Conaghan.¹

     Sir William Coles Medlycott, 2nd Bt. was born on 31 July 1806.¹ He was the son of Sir William Coles Medlycott, 1st Bt. and Elizabeth Tugwell.² He married Sarah Jeffery Bradford, daughter of Reverend Edward Bradford, on 16 March 1830.¹ He died on 23 December 1882 at age 76.¹
     He was educated at Harrow School, Harrow, London, England^G.¹ He was educated at Trinity College, Oxford University, Oxford, Oxfordshire, England^G.¹ He succeeded as the 2nd Baronet Medlycott, of Ven House, Somerset [U.K., 1808] on 25 May 1835.¹ He was awarded the honorary degree of Doctor of Civil Law (D.C.L.) by Trinity College, Oxford University, Oxford, Oxfordshire, England^G, in 1844.¹ He was Presdent of the British Archaeological Association.¹ He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.)¹ He held the office of Deputy Lieutenant (D.L.)¹

     Henry Rowland Buffett was born on 20 October 1918 at Norfolk Island^G.¹ He was the son of Reuben Reginald Buffett and May Waterhouse.¹ He married Lillias Ellen Preston.¹ He died on 19 May 1991 at age 72 at Norfolk Island^G.¹
     He gained the rank of Private in the 9th Australian Division, Australian Army Service Corps.² He fought in the Second World War.²
