     Jane Coles was the daughter of William Coles.² She married Thomas Medlycott, son of John Hutchings and Elizabeth Medlicott, on 16 September 1766.¹ She died on 18 June 1824.¹
     From 16 September 1766, her married name became Medlycott.

     Sir William Coles Medlycott, 1st Bt. was born on 22 October 1767.¹ He was the son of Thomas Medlycott and Jane Coles.² He married Elizabeth Tugwell, daughter of William Tugwell, on 28 January 1796.¹ He died on 25 May 1835 at age 67.¹
     He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for Milborne Port between 1790 and 1794.¹ He was created 1st Baronet Medlycott, of Ven House, Somerset [U.K.] on 8 October 1808.¹

     Thomas Mervin Medlycott was born on 25 October 1773.¹ He was the son of Thomas Medlycott and Jane Coles.² He died on 4 July 1793 at age 19, unmarried.¹
     He gained the rank of Lieutenant in the Inniskilling Dragoons.¹

     Jane Paget Medlycott was the daughter of Thomas Medlycott and Jane Coles.² She married Philip Calard Ainslie, son of Sir Philip Ainslie, on 22 May 1794.¹ She died on 30 March 1839, without issue.¹

     Philip Calard Ainslie was the son of Sir Philip Ainslie.¹ He married Jane Paget Medlycott, daughter of Thomas Medlycott and Jane Coles, on 22 May 1794.¹ He died on 6 September 1833.¹
     He was admitted to Lincoln’s Inn entitled to practise as a barrister.¹

     Elizabeth (?) married, firstly, Gilbert Dawson before 1742.¹ She married, secondly, Thomas Medlicott, son of James Medlicott and Ann Howard, in 1742.¹ She died in 1763.¹
     From before 1742, her married name became Dawson.¹ From 1742, her married name became Medlicott.¹

     Gilbert Dawson married Elizabeth (?) before 1742.¹ He died before 1742.¹

     William Tugwell lived at Bradford, Wiltshire, England^G.¹

     Elizabeth Tugwell was the daughter of William Tugwell.² She married Sir William Coles Medlycott, 1st Bt., son of Thomas Medlycott and Jane Coles, on 28 January 1796.¹ She died on 31 July 1847.¹
     From 28 January 1796, her married name became Medlycott.

     Musgrave Davidson married Elizabeth Ettrick, daughter of Anthony Ettrick, before 1731.¹ He died before 1731.¹
