     Katherine Bethell was the daughter of William Froggatt Bethell and Elizabeth Beckett-Denison.¹ She married Hon. Sir Charles Algernon Parsons, son of William Parsons, 3rd Earl of Rosse and Mary Field, in 1883.¹ She died on 16 October 1933.¹
     Her married name became Parsons.

     Algernon George Parsons was born on 19 October 1886.¹ He was the son of Hon. Sir Charles Algernon Parsons and Katherine Bethell.¹ He died on 26 April 1918 at age 31, killed in action.¹
     He fought in the First World War.¹ He gained the rank of Temporary Major in the Royal Field Artillery.¹

     Rachel Mary Parsons was the daughter of Hon. Sir Charles Algernon Parsons and Katherine Bethell.¹ She died on 1 July 1956, unmarried.¹
     She was Member of the London County Council between 1922 and 1925.¹

     Eleanor Victoria Mackarness was the daughter of Rt. Rev. John Fielder Mackarness.¹ She married Reverend Hon. Randal Parsons, son of William Parsons, 3rd Earl of Rosse and Mary Field, on 9 August 1876.¹ She died on 2 January 1936.¹
     Her married name became Parsons.

     Agnes Elizabeth Bateman was born in 1840.² She was the daughter of John Frederick La Trobe-Bateman and Anne Fairbairn.^1,2 She married Hon. Richard Clere Parsons, son of William Parsons, 3rd Earl of Rosse and Mary Field, on 21 November 1878.¹ She died on 19 August 1922.¹
     Her married name became Parsons.

     Lt.-Col. William Frederick Parsons was born on 10 November 1879.² He was the son of Hon. Richard Clere Parsons and Agnes Elizabeth Bateman.² He married Clara Helena Strutt, daughter of Hon. Edward Gerald Strutt and Maria Louisa Tufnell, on 23 November 1915.¹ He died on 29 January 1956 at age 76.²
     He was educated at Wellington College, Crowthorne, Berkshire, England.² He graduated from Trinity College, Cambridge University, Cambridge, Cambridgeshire, England, in 1904 with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.)² He fought in the First World War, where he was mentioned in despatches.² He was awarded the Distinguished Service Order (D.S.O.) in 1917.³

     Arthur David Clere Parsons was born on 8 November 1881.² He was the son of Hon. Richard Clere Parsons and Agnes Elizabeth Bateman.² He married Doris Cookson, daughter of Norman Charles Cookson, on 28 April 1914.² He died on 10 July 1955 at age 73.²
     He was educated at Wellington College, Crowthorne, Berkshire, England.² He graduated from Trinity College, Cambridge University, Cambridge, Cambridgeshire, England, in 1904 with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.)²

     Laurence Edmund Parsons was born on 22 July 1883.¹ He was the son of Hon. Richard Clere Parsons and Agnes Elizabeth Bateman.² He married Lydia Dorothy La Trobe-Bateman, daughter of Frederick Foster La Trobe Bateman, on 22 July 1911.¹ He died on 17 December 1972 at age 89.¹
     He was educated at Winchester College, Winchester, Hampshire, England.¹ He graduated from Christ Church, Oxford University, Oxford, Oxfordshire, England, in 1906 with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.)¹ He was Curate between 1908 and 1911 at St. Bartholomew, Armley, Yorkshire, England.¹ He graduated from Christ Church, Oxford University, Oxford, Oxfordshire, England, in 1909 with a Master of Arts (M.A.)¹ He was Domestic Chaplain to the Bishop of Southwark between 1911 and 1914.¹ He was a missionary between 1914 and 1915 at Shantung, China.¹ He was Curate between 1915 and 1916 at Wimbledon, London, England.¹ He was Vicar between 1916 and 1925 at Chippenham, Wiltshire, England.¹ He held the office of Dean of Cape Town between 1925 and 1928.¹ He was Vicar between 1931 and 1932 at Coleman’s Hatch, South Africa.¹ He was Commissary to the Archbishop of Cape Town between 1933 and 1945.¹ He held the office of Hon.      John Randal Parsons was born on 27 December 1884.² He was the son of Hon. Richard Clere Parsons and Agnes Elizabeth Bateman.² He married Hon. Alice Esmeralda O’Neill, daughter of Edward O’Neill, 2nd Baron O’Neill of Shane’s Castle and Lady Louisa Katherine Emma Cochrane, on 29 November 1909.¹ He died on 15 March 1967 at age 82, without issue.²
     He was educated at Wellington College, Crowthorne, Berkshire, England.² He graduated from Trinity College, Cambridge University, Cambridge, Cambridgeshire, England, in 1907 with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.)² He was chairman of Gillett Brothers Discount Company.² He fought in the First World War.² He gained the rank of officer in the Royal Naval Volunteer Reserve.² He was Naval Attache to Petrograd between 1917 and 1918.²

     Rev. Canon Richard Edward Parsons was born on 16 February 1888.² He was the son of Hon. Richard Clere Parsons and Agnes Elizabeth Bateman.³ He married Hester Katherine Drummond, daughter of Major John William Ainslie Drummond and Florence Charlotte Blencowe, on 11 October 1917.³ He died in October 1971 at age 83.²
     Rev.
