Lady Cecilia Leeson was born circa 1769 at Marley, County Dublin, Ireland.3 She was the daughter of Joseph Leeson, 1st Earl of Milltown and Elizabeth French.1,4 She married Colonel David La Touche, son of Rt. Hon. David La Touche, on 24 December 1789 at Marley, County Dublin, Ireland.3 She died circa 1848 at Dublin, County Dublin, Ireland.3
From 24 December 1789, her married name became La Touche.
