He succeeded as the 3rd Baronet Blackwell, of Sprowston Hall, co. Norfolk [G.B., 1718] on 18 July 1741.1 He matriculated at Christ Church, Oxford University, Oxford, Oxfordshire, EnglandG, on 26 April 1750.1
On his death, his baronetcy became extinct.1
