(Conservative) for Bolton West between 1983 and 1997.¹ He adopted Arthur Michael Sackville.² He adopted Savannah Elizabeth Sackville.² He held the office of Parliamentary Under-Secretary of State, Department of Health between 1992 and 1995.² He held the office of Parliamentary Under-Secretary of State, Home Office between 1995 and 1997.²

     William Herbrand Sackville, 10th Earl De La Warr was born on 16 October 1921.² He was the son of Herbrand Edward Dundonald Brassey Sackville, 9th Earl De La Warr and Diana Helena Leigh.³ He married Anne Rachel Devas, daughter of Geoffrey Charles Devas and Joan Campbell Bannerman, on 18 May 1946.² He died on 9 February 1988 at age 66, by his own hand.²

Michael George Borwick, son of Lt.-Col. Malcolm Borwick and Violet Georgina Middleton, on 17 August 1946.² She died on 30 October 2001.²
     From 17 August 1946, her married name became Borwick.²
