     William Herbrand Sackville, 11th Earl De La Warr was born on 10 April 1948.² He is the son of William Herbrand Sackville, 10th Earl De La Warr and Anne Rachel Devas.³ He married Anne Pamela Leveson, daughter of Arthur Edmund Leveson and Margaret Ruth Maude, on 10 August 1978 at London, England^G.¹

     Clare Jemima Leveson was born in 1948 at Paddington, London, England^G.¹ She is the daughter of Arthur Edmund Leveson and Margaret Ruth Maude.^2,1 She married Jeremy James Palmer-Tomkinson, son of James Algernon Palmer-Tomkinson and Doris Friedrich, in 1982 at Westminster, London, England^G.²
     From 1982, her married name became Palmer-Tomkinson.²

     Jeremy James Palmer-Tomkinson was born on 4 November 1943.¹ He is the son of James Algernon Palmer-Tomkinson and Doris Friedrich.¹ He married Clare Jemima Leveson, daughter of Arthur Edmund Leveson and Margaret Ruth Maude, in 1982 at Westminster, London, England^G.¹
     He was High Sheriff of Hampshire from 1994 to 1995.²

     James Algernon Palmer-Tomkinson was born on 3 April 1915.¹ He was the son of James Edward Palmer-Tomkinson and Marion Lindsay Smith.¹ He married Doris Friedrich. He died on 7 January 1952 at age 36, as the result of a skiing accident.¹
     He was given the name of James Algernon Tomkinson at birth.¹ He was educated at Eton College, Windsor, Berkshire, England^G.¹ In 1933 his name was legally changed to James Algernon Palmer-Tomkinson.¹

     Tara Clare Palmer-Tomkinson was born on 23 December 1971 at Basingstoke, Hampshire, England.⁴ She was the daughter of Charles Anthony Palmer-Tomkinson and Patricia Dawson.⁴ She died on 8 February 2017 at age 45 at Kensington, London, England.³
     She was a model and TV presenter.⁴

     Emily Francis Palmer was the daughter of Sir George Joseph Palmer, 3rd Bt. and Emily Elizabeth Holford.² She married Rt. Hon. James Tomkinson on 12 December 1871.¹ She died on 10 May 1905.¹
     From 12 December 1871, her married name became Tomkinson.

     Sir George Joseph Palmer, 3rd Bt. was born on 20 December 1811.¹ He was the son of Sir Charles Thomas Palmer, 2nd Bt. and Harriot Pepperell.² He married Emily Elizabeth Holford, daughter of George Peter Holford and Anne Daniell, on 26 February 1836.¹ He died on 22 February 1866 at age 54.¹
     He was given the name of George Joseph Hudson at birth.² On 13 November 1813 his name was legally changed to George Joseph Palmer.² He succeeded as the 3rd Baronet Hudson, of Wanlip Hall, co. Leicester [G.B., 1791] on 30 April 1827.¹ He held the office of High Sheriff of Leicestershire.¹

     Emily Elizabeth Holford was born on 2 June 1816 at Westminster, London, England.² She was the daughter of George Peter Holford and Anne Daniell.^3,2 She married Sir George Joseph Palmer, 3rd Bt., son of Sir Charles Thomas Palmer, 2nd Bt. and Harriot Pepperell, on 26 February 1836.¹ She died on 6 October 1871 at age 55.¹
     From 26 February 1836, her married name became Palmer.

     Rt. Hon. James Tomkinson was born in 1840.² He married Emily Francis Palmer, daughter of Sir George Joseph Palmer, 3rd Bt. and Emily Elizabeth Holford, on 12 December 1871.¹ He died on 10 April 1910.³
     He held the office of High Sheriff of Chester in 1887.² He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for Crewe between 1900 and 1910.² He lived at Willington Hall, Tarporley, Cheshire, England^G.¹ He was appointed Privy Counsellor (P.C.)¹
