     Arabella Margaret Piercy was born circa 1859.¹ She was the daughter of Benjamin Piercy.¹ She married Edmund Bowen Bernard, son of William Dallas Bernard and Anne Dawson, on 30 January 1883.¹ She died on 1 April 1949.¹
     From 30 January 1883, her married name became Bernard.¹

     Benjamin Piercy lived at Macomer, Sardinia, Italy^G.² He lived at Marchwiel Hall, Wrexham, Denbighshire, Wales^G.¹ He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.)¹

     Edmund Piercy Bernard was born on 12 February 1886.¹ He was the son of Edmund Bowen Bernard and Arabella Margaret Piercy.¹ He died on 3 February 1983 at age 96.¹

     Elizabeth Addis was born on 31 January 1897 at Hankow, China.² She was the daughter of Sir Charles Stewart Addis and Elizabeth Jane McIsaac.^1,3 She married Sir Dallas Gerald Mercer Bernard, 1st Bt., son of Edmund Bowen Bernard and Arabella Margaret Piercy, on 16 November 1922 at Hong Kong.^1,2 She died on 5 October 1980 at age 83 at Virginia Water, Surrey, England.^1,2
     She was educated at St. Felix School, Southwold, Suffolk, England.² From 16 November 1922, her married name became Bernard.¹

     Elizabeth Piercy Bernard was born on 10 April 1924.¹ She was the daughter of Sir Dallas Gerald Mercer Bernard, 1st Bt. and Elizabeth Addis.¹ She married Gordon William Strang, son of James Strang and Kathleen Bush, on 10 September 1949.¹ She died on 29 November 1981 at age 57.¹
     She was educated at Southover Manor School, Lewes, Sussex, England^G.¹ She was educated at London University, London, England^G.¹ She gained the rank of 3rd Officer in the Women’s Royal Naval Service.¹ From 10 September 1949, her married name became Strang.¹

     Gordon William Strang was born circa 1913.² He was the son of James Strang and Kathleen Bush.¹ He married Elizabeth Piercy Bernard, daughter of Sir Dallas Gerald Mercer Bernard, 1st Bt. and Elizabeth Addis, on 10 September 1949.¹ He died on 15 March 2005.²
     He was appointed Fellow, Institute of Chartered Accountants (F.C.A.)¹

     Henry Broadbent Lewis married Marie Elvina Thomas, daughter of François Thomas and Perrine Roselle.¹ He died on 14 June 1853 at Mapou, Riviere du Rempart, Mauritius.¹
