     She was educated at Southover Manor School, Lewes, Sussex, England^G.¹ From 8 March 1952, her married name became Cleverly.¹ From 1975, her married name became Meeres.¹ In 1980 her name was legally changed to Cleverly.¹

     Dr. William Geoffrey Cleverly is the son of Sir Osmund Somers Cleverly.¹ He married Margaret Anne Bernard, daughter of Sir Dallas Gerald Mercer Bernard, 1st Bt. and Elizabeth Addis, on 8 March 1952.¹ He and Margaret Anne Bernard were divorced in 1974.¹

     Eveline Isabel Bernard was born on 1 March 1884.¹ She was the daughter of Edmund Bowen Bernard and Arabella Margaret Piercy.¹ She married, firstly, Charles Henderson Ross in 1910.¹ She married, secondly, Captain George Bibby Hartford in 1921.¹ She died on 25 September 1945 at age 61, without issue.¹
     From 1910, her married name became Ross.¹ From 1921, her married name became Hartford.¹

     Charles Henderson Ross married Eveline Isabel Bernard, daughter of Edmund Bowen Bernard and Arabella Margaret Piercy, in 1910.¹ He died in 1919.¹

     Captain George Bibby Hartford married Eveline Isabel Bernard, daughter of Edmund Bowen Bernard and Arabella Margaret Piercy, in 1921.¹ He died on 29 May 1941.¹

     Sybil Piercy Bernard was born on 15 June 1889.¹ She was the daughter of Edmund Bowen Bernard and Arabella Margaret Piercy.¹ She married Gerald Rowley Sawrey-Cookson, son of James Sawrey-Cookson, on 26 October 1917.¹ She and Gerald Rowley Sawrey-Cookson were divorced in 1926.¹ She died on 2 November 1963 at age 74.¹
     From 26 October 1917, her married name became Sawrey-Cookson.¹
     She had a son and a daughter.¹

     Gerald Rowley Sawrey-Cookson was the son of James Sawrey-Cookson.¹ He married Sybil Piercy Bernard, daughter of Edmund Bowen Bernard and Arabella Margaret Piercy, on 26 October 1917.¹ He and Sybil Piercy Bernard were divorced in 1926.¹ He died on 19 May 1964.¹
