     He was also known as Robert Cragie Bell.2 He was a lawyer, founding the firm of Bell and Scott at Edinburgh, Midlothian, ScotlandG.1 He held the office of Writer to the Signet (W.S.) in 1864.1 He lived at Edinburgh, Midlothian, ScotlandG.2
