     Henry Ferrers, 4th Baron Ferrers (of Groby) was born on 16 February 1355/56.1 He was the son of Sir William Ferrers, 3rd Baron Ferrers (of Groby) and Margaret d‘Ufford.2,1 He married Joan de Hoo, daughter of Sir Thomas de Hoo and Isabel de St. Leger, before 27 April 1371.3 He died on 3 February 1387/88 at age 31.1
     He succeeded as the 4th Baron Ferrers, of Groby [E., 1299] on 7 January 1371.4
