     Major Lesley Reginald Coventry Douglas-Hamilton was born on 30 June 1881.¹ He was the son of Lieutenant Aubrey Reginald Douglas-Hamilton and Lucy Fitzgerald.¹ He died on 24 July 1916 at age 35 at Somme, France^G, killed in action.¹
     He was also known as Lesley Reginald Coventry Hamilton. He was educated at Radley College, Abingdon, Oxfordshire, England^G.¹ He fought in the Boer War.¹ He fought in the Battle of Loos, where he was severely wounded.¹ He fought in the First World War between 1914 and 1916.¹ He gained the rank of Major in 1916 in the Cameron Highlanders.¹ He gained the rank of Captain in the Cameron Highlanders.¹

     Lieutenant Herbert Eustace Seymour Douglas-Hamilton was born on 2 June 1886.¹ He was the son of Lieutenant Aubrey Reginald Douglas-Hamilton and Lucy Fitzgerald.¹ He married Ruth Harrison, daughter of Cuthbert Harrison and Evangeline Piper, on 27 February 1912.¹ He died on 15 June 1963 at age 77 at Vernon, British Columbia, Canada^G.^1,2
     He was also known as Herbert Eustace Seymour Hamilton. He was educated at Uppingham School, Uppingham, Rutland, England^G.¹ He gained the rank of Lieutenant in the 3rd Battalion, Balck Watch.¹ He gained the rank of Gunner in the Canadian Field Artillery.¹ He fought in the First World War between 1914 and 1918.¹

     Ruth Harrison was born on 4 August 1886 at Newcastle-upon-Tyne, Northumberland, England^G.² She was the daughter of Cuthbert Harrison and Evangeline Piper.^1,2 She married Lieutenant Herbert Eustace Seymour Douglas-Hamilton, son of Lieutenant Aubrey Reginald Douglas-Hamilton and Lucy Fitzgerald, on 27 February 1912.¹ She died on 18 February 1974 at age 87 at Vernon, British Columbia, Canada^G.^1,2
     Her married name became Douglas-Hamilton.

     Cuthbert Harrison died before 1980.
     He lived at Gateshead-on-Tyne, England^G.¹

     Cecil Seymour Douglas-Hamilton was born on 18 August 1916.¹ He is the son of Lieutenant Herbert Eustace Seymour Douglas-Hamilton and Ruth Harrison.¹ He married Ada Louise Donily, daughter of Orie Donily, on 1 May 1943.¹

     She was State Registered Nurse in 1939.¹
