Frank II van Borselen Heer van St. Maartensdijk en Zuylen, Graaf van Oostervant was born in 1396 at St. Maartensdijk, The Netherlands.3 He was the son of Floris II van Borselen Heer van St. Maartensdijk en Zuylen and Oda van Boutershem.3 He married, secondly, Margaretha van Herzele.3 He married Jacqueline von Bayern-Straubing, Comtesse de Hainaut et Gravin van Holland en Zeeland, daughter of Wilhelm IV Herzog von Bayern-Straubing Comte de Hainaut et Graaf van Holland en Zeeland and Marguerite de Bourgogne, in July 1432 at Oostende, BelgiumG.1 He died on 19 November 1470 at Brielle, The Netherlands.1,3
