She married Friedrich Markgraf von Brandenburg-Bayreuth, son of Georg Friedrich Karl Markgraf von Brandenburg-Bayreuth, on 20 November 1731.3 She died on 14 October 1758 at age 49 at Bayreuth, Bayern, GermanyG.3
She gained the title of Prinzessin von Preußen.1 After her marriage, Friederike Sophie Wilhelmine Prinzessin von Preußen was styled as Markgräfin von Brandenburg-Bayreuth on 20 November 1731.
