Boris III of Bulgaria, Tsar of Bulgaria1 
Boris III of Bulgaria, Tsar of Bulgaria was born on 30 January 1894 at Sofia, BulgariaG.3 He was the son of Ferdinand I of Bulgaria, Tsar of Bulgaria and Marie Louise di Borbone, Principessa di Parma.4 He married Giovanna Elisabetta Antonia Romana Maria di Savoia-Carignano, Principessa de Savoia, daughter of Vittorio Emanuele III di Savoia-Carignano, Re d’Italia and Jelena Petrovic-Njegoš, Princess of Montenegro, on 25 October 1930 at Assisi, ItalyG.3 He died on 28 August 1943 at age 49 at Sofia, BulgariaG.3
He gained the title of Prince Boris of Tirnovo.5 He was given the name of Clemens Robert Maria Pius Ludwig Stanislaus Xaver at birth.6 He succeeded as the Tsar Boris III of Bulgaria on 3 October 1918.3

Giovanna Elisabetta Antonia Romana Maria di Savoia-Carignano, Principessa de Savoia was born on 13 November 1907 at Rome, ItalyG.3 She was the daughter of Vittorio Emanuele III di Savoia-Carignano, Re d’Italia and Jelena Petrovic-Njegoš, Princess of Montenegro.3 She married Boris III of Bulgaria, Tsar of Bulgaria, son of Ferdinand I of Bulgaria, Tsar of Bulgaria and Marie Louise di Borbone, Principessa di Parma, on 25 October 1930 at Assisi, ItalyG.3 She died on 26 February 2000 at age 92.4
She gained the title of Principessa di Savoia.1 After her marriage, Giovanna Elisabetta Antonia Romana Maria di Savoia-Carignano, Principessa de Savoia was styled as Queen Giovanna of Bulgaria.4 She lived in 1976 at Casa Iantra, Rua de Sousa Martins 3, Estoril, PortugalG.5
