Kerry [I., 1622] on 9 September 1795.1 He succeeded as the 5th Viscount Kenmare [I., 1689] on 9 September 1795.1 He succeeded as the 5th Baron Castlerosse [I., 1689] on 9 September 1795.1 On 12 February 1798 re-cr BARON OF CASTLEROSS and VISCOUNT KENMARE.3 He was created 1st Baron Castlerosse [Ireland] on 12 February 1798, with the 1689 peerage not being recognised.1 He was created 1st Viscount Kenmare [Ireland] on 12 February 1798, with the 1689 peerage not being recognised.1 He was created 1st Earl of Kenmare [Ireland] on 2 January 1801.1 He was created 1st Viscount Castlerosse [Ireland] on 2 January 1801.2
