     Joanna Christian Erskine was born on 6 July 1968.¹ She is the daughter of Donald Seymour Erskine and Catharine Annandale McLelland.² She married Newton Edward John Bruce, son of Hon. Edward David Bruce and Sarah Elizabeth Wallop William-Powlett, in 1996.¹
     From 1996, her married name became Bruce.

     Commander Angus Bruce Erskine was born on 11 May 1928.¹ He was the son of Sir Arthur Edward Erskine and Rosemary Freda Baird.² He married, firstly, Alison Gillian Duthie, daughter of Dr. Comyn Duthie, on 5 August 1961.¹ He married, secondly, Maureen Mahood on 11 September 2000.¹ He died on 15 April 2006 at age 77 at Edinburgh, Midlothian, Scotland.
     He gained the rank of Commander in the Royal Navy.² He lived in 2003 at 16 Braid Farm Road, Edinburgh, Midlothian, Scotland^G.¹

     Alison Gillian Duthie was the daughter of Dr. Comyn Duthie.² She married Commander Angus Bruce Erskine, son of Sir Arthur Edward Erskine and Rosemary Freda Baird, on 5 August 1961.¹ She died on 17 January 2000.¹
     From 5 August 1961, her married name became Erskine.

     Alexander David Erskine was born on 27 February 1964.¹ He is the son of Commander Angus Bruce Erskine and Alison Gillian Duthie.²

     Keith Malcolm Erskine was born on 15 September 1967.¹ He is the son of Commander Angus Bruce Erskine and Alison Gillian Duthie.²

     Rachel Augusta Erskine was born on 30 December 1875.¹ She was the daughter of Sir Henry David Erskine and Lady Horatia Elizabeth Seymour.² She married Allan Cyprian Bourne Webb, son of Rt. Rev. Alan Beecher Webb, on 13 May 1918.¹ She died on 30 November 1953 at age 77, without issue.²
     Her married name became Webb.

     Allan Cyprian Bourne Webb was the son of Rt. Rev. Alan Beecher Webb. He married Rachel Augusta Erskine, daughter of Sir Henry David Erskine and Lady Horatia Elizabeth Seymour, on 13 May 1918.¹ He died on 11 January 1955.¹
     He was a practising barrister.¹

     Miles Barne was born on 15 March 1874. He was the son of Lt.-Col. Frederick St. John Barne and Lady Constance Adelaide Seymour. He married Violet Ella Orr Ewing, daughter of Sir Archibald Ernest Orr Ewing of Ballikinrain, 3rd Bt. and Hon. Mabel Addington, on 12 July 1904.¹ He died on 17 September 1917 at age 43, from wounds received in action.¹
     He fought in the First World War.¹ He lived at Sotterley Park, Suffolk, England^G.¹ He lived at Dunwich, Suffolk, England^G.¹

     Violet Ella Orr Ewing was born on 13 December 1881.¹ She was the daughter of Sir Archibald Ernest Orr Ewing of Ballikinrain, 3rd Bt. and Hon. Mabel Addington.¹ She married Miles Barne, son of Lt.-Col. Frederick St. John Barne and Lady Constance Adelaide Seymour, on 12 July 1904.¹ She died on 11 April 1969 at age 87.¹
     Her married name became Barne.

     Lt.-Col. Michael Ernest St. John Barne was born on 13 July 1905.¹ He was the son of Miles Barne and Violet Ella Orr Ewing. He married, firstly, Margaret Louisa Rosalind Percival, daughter of Sir Lancelot Jefferson Percival and Margaret Douglas Pilkington, on 17 June 1929. He married, secondly, Lucy Margare Fleming in 1953.² He died in 1979 at Swindon, Wiltshire, England.¹
     He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.)³ He lived at Sotterley Hall, Beccles, Suffolk, England.³
