     He was appointed Member, Order of the British Empire (M.B.E.)¹ He was awarded the Territorial Decoration (T.D.)¹ He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.)¹

     Sir Lancelot Jefferson Percival was born on 22 May 1869 at Clifton, Bristol, England.² He was the son of John Percival and Louisa Holland.² He married Margaret Douglas Pilkington, daughter of Thomas Pilkington and Catherine Carmichael Scot Douglas.³ He died on 22 June 1941 at age 72.²
     He was appointed Knight Commander, Royal Victorian Order (K.C.V.O.)¹

     Gillian Barbara Percival was born on 17 June 1938.¹ She is the daughter of Lancelot Roger Percival and Doris Barbara Willoughby.¹ She married Richard Llewellyn Whitley Hagen, son of Lawrence Arthur Hagen, in 1971.¹
     From 1971, her married name became Hagen.¹ She lived in 2003 at Yew Tree House, Broadway, Worcestershire, England.¹

     Richard Llewellyn Whitley Hagen is the son of Lawrence Arthur Hagen.² He married Gillian Barbara Percival, daughter of Lancelot Roger Percival and Doris Barbara Willoughby, in 1971.¹

     Lawrence Arthur Hagen lived at Norton, Presteigne, Radnorshire, Wales.¹

     Pamela Mary Norton Willoughby was born on 11 November 1916.¹ She was the daughter of Commander Archibald Macdonald Willoughby and Mabel Doris Hicking.¹ She married Reverend Ronald Curnow Parkinson, son of William Parkinson, on 12 September 1952.¹ She died on 22 June 2004 at age 87.²
     From 12 September 1952, her married name became Parkinson.¹ She lived in 2003 at Flat 5, 21 Osberton Road, Oxford, Oxfordshire, England.¹

     Reverend Ronald Curnow Parkinson was the son of William Parkinson.¹ He married Pamela Mary Norton Willoughby, daughter of Commander Archibald Macdonald Willoughby and Mabel Doris Hicking, on 12 September 1952.¹ He died in 1984.¹

     Prudence Joan Mabel Willoughby was born on 22 April 1918.¹ She is the daughter of Commander Archibald Macdonald Willoughby and Mabel Doris Hicking.¹ She married John Alexander Hannay, son of Howard Hannay, on 14 December 1949.¹
