     Charles Lindsay Temple was born on 20 November 1871.² He is the son of Rt. Hon. Sir Richard Temple, 1st Bt. and Mary Augusta Lindsay.² He married Olive Susan Miranda MacLeod, daughter of Sir Reginald Macleod, 27th of MacLeod and Lady Agnes Mary Cecilia Northcote, on 28 April 1912.² He died on 9 January 1929 at age 57, without issue.²
     He was Vice-Consul to Manaus Brazil between 1899 and 1901.² He was Resident of Northern Nigeria between 1901 and 1910.² He was Chief Secretary of Northern Nigeria between 1910 and 1913.² He held the office of Lieutenant-Governor of Northern Nigeria between 1913 and 1917.¹ He was appointed Companion, Order of St. Michael and St. George (C.M.G.)² He was appointed Fellow, Geological Society (F.G.S.)² He was appointed Fellow, Royal Geographical Society (F.R.G.S.)²

     Louisa Charlotte Campbell-Johnston was born in 1860.¹ She was the daughter of Alexander Robert Campbell-Johnston and Frances Helen Palliser.¹ She died in 1941.²

     Alice MacLeod was born on 24 June 1902 at Paddington, London, England^G.^1,2 She was the daughter of Hubert Walter and Dame Flora Louisa Cecilia Macleod, 28th of Macleod.³ She married Archibald Corrie Macnab of that Ilk, 22nd Chief, son of James William MacNabb and Alice Mary Corrie, on 23 March 1931.¹ She died on 21 July 1980 at age 78.³
     She was given the name of Alice Walter at birth.³ She graduated from Girton College, Cambridge University, Cambridge, Cambridgeshire, England^G, in 1924 with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.)¹ From 23 March 1931, her married name became Macnab. She was awarded the Kaisar-i-Hind Medal silver and gold.¹ In 1943 her name was legally changed to Alice MacLeod of MacLeod.³ In 1949 her name was legally changed to Alice MacLeod Macnab.³

     Mary Isobel Rose Goodlad was born on 18 February 2007.¹ She is the daughter of Hon. Magnus James Goodlad and Victoria Manisty.¹

     Lara Florence Holloway was born on 10 December 2010 at Dublin, County Dublin, Ireland.¹ She is the daughter of Julian C. R. Holloway and Hon. Corinna Lettice Brabazon.¹

     Janet Mary Johnston was born in 1808.¹ She was the daughter of Rt. Hon. Sir Alexander Johnston of Carnsalloch and Louisa Campbell.¹ She died in 1846.¹

     John MacLeod, 29th of MacLeod was born on 10 August 1935.¹ He was the son of Robert Wolrige Gordon, 9th of Esslemont and 20th of Hallhead and Joan Walter.² He married, firstly, Drusilla Mary Shaw, daughter of Sebastian Shaw, on 25 July 1961.¹ He and Drusilla Mary Shaw were divorced in 1971.¹ He married, secondly, Melita Kolin, daughter of Duko Kolin, on 19 March 1973.¹ He and Melita Kolin were divorced in 1992.¹ He married, secondly, Ulrika (?) after 1992.³ He died on 12 February 2007 at age 71.³
     He was given the name of John Wolrige Gordon at birth.² He was educated at Eton College, Windsor, Berkshire, England^G.¹ In 1951 his name was legally changed to John MacLeod of MacLeod, younger.² He was educated at McGill University, Montreal, Quebec, Canada.¹ He was educated at London Academy of Music and Dramatic Art, London, England.¹ He was recognised by Lord Lyon King of Arms, and matriculated his arms at the Lyons Court on 2 June 1962.¹ He held the position of 29th Chief of the Name and Arms of MacLeod from in 1976.¹ He lived in 2003 at Dunvegan Castle, Isle of Skye, Scotland^G.¹

     Archibald Francis Campbell-Johnston was born on 29 July 1857.^1,2 He was the son of Alexander Robert Campbell-Johnston and Frances Helen Palliser.¹ He died in 1937.²
     He gained the rank of officer in the British Army.²

     Eliza Virginia Rose Welby-Everard was born on 24 February 2012 at London, England.¹ She is the daughter of Guy John Earle Welby-Everard and Henrietta Inez Selena Glover Snook.¹
