     Lyona Violet Ann Tollemache Tollemache was born on 17 December 1929.¹ She was the daughter of Major John Ernest Tollemache and Violet Edith Gertrude Sands.¹ She married Lt.-Cdr. Richard Milford Power Carne, son of Captain William Power Carne and Valentine Grace Naudin Tweedy, on 3 August 1950 at Knightsbridge, London, England^G.¹ She died on 15 January 2007 at age 77 at Pretoria, Transvaal, South Africa^G.¹
     From 3 August 1950, her married name became Carne.¹

     Lt.-Cdr. George Henry Lloyd Davies was the son of William Lloyd Davies.² He married Hermine Catherine Jackson, daughter of Thomas Hughes Jackson and Eileen Devery, on 10 April 1939.³ He died in 1983.³
     He gained the rank of Lieutenant-Commander in the Royal New Zealand Naval Volunteer Reserve.³
