     Maria-Jean Hunter was born in 1858 at Edinburgh, Midlothian, Scotland.2 She was the daughter of Matthew Dysart Hunter and Isabella Dorothea Buckle.1 She married Lt.-Col. Bloomfield Gough, son of John Bloomfield Gough and Elizabeth Agnew Arbuthnot, in 1884.1 She died in 1946.2
     From 1884, her married name became Gough.1

     Lt.-Col. Bloomfield Gough was born on 23 December 1851.1 He was the son of John Bloomfield Gough and Elizabeth Agnew Arbuthnot.2 He married Maria-Jean Hunter, daughter of Matthew Dysart Hunter and Isabella Dorothea Buckle, in 1884.1 He died in 1904 at Sheffield, Yorkshire, England.2
