Hon. Isabella Sarah Maxwell1
Hon. Isabella Sarah Maxwell is the daughter of Hon. Richard Thomas Maxwell and Charlotte Anne Elrington.3,1 She married James Hugh Moore Garrett, son of Reverend James Perkins Garrett and Caroline Anne Elisabeth Moore, on 11 April 1894.3 She died on 15 May 1902.1
From 11 April 1894, her married name became Garrett.3 On 14 May 1897 she was granted the rank of a baron’s daughter.1
