     From 1843, her married name became Cuningham.1

     John Ker, 3rd Duke of Roxburghe was born on 23 April 1740.1 He was the son of Robert Ker, 2nd Duke of Roxburghe and Essex Mostyn.1 He died on 19 March 1804 at age 63, unmarried.1

     Margaret Cuningham-Fairlie was the daughter of Sir William Cuningham-Fairlie of Robertland and Fairlie, 6th Bt. and Anne Colquhoun.2 She married, firstly, Captain Robert Maxwell of Pollok, son of Sir James Maxwell of Auldhouse, 6th Bt. and Frances Colhoun.1 She married, secondly, John Cuninghame, 13th of Craigends, son of William Cuninghame, 10th of Craigends and Margaret Cuninghame, in July 1800.1 She died on 24 January 1862.1
     Her married name became Maxwell. From July 1800, her married name became Cuninghame.1
