Helena Zimmerman was the daughter of Eugene Zimmerman.2 She married, firstly, William Angus Drogo Montagu, 9th Duke of Manchester, son of George Victor Drogo Montagu, 8th Duke of Manchester and Francisca Maria de la Consolacion Yznaga, on 14 November 1900.2 She and William Angus Drogo Montagu, 9th Duke of Manchester were divorced in 1931.2 She married, secondly, Arthur George Keith-Falconer, 10th Earl of Kintore, son of Algernon Hawkins Thomond Keith-Falconer, 9th Earl of Kintore and Lady Sydney Charlotte Montagu, on 23 November 1937.1 She died on 15 December 1971.1
After her marriage, Helena Zimmerman was styled as Duchess of Manchester on 14 November 1900. From 14 November 1900, her married name became Montagu.2 She succeeded as the Countess of Kintore on 23 November 1937. From 23 November 1937, her married name became Keith-Falconer.
