     Matthias Reiser was born on 16 April 1999 at Garmisch-Partenkirchen, Germany^G.¹ He is the son of Gerold Reiser and Alice-Sybilla Prinzessin von Sachsen-Coburg und Gotha.¹

     Commander Henry Fortescue was born on 10 August 1796.¹ He was the son of Captain Hon. Matthew Fortescue and Henrietta Anne Hoare.² He married Caroline Russell, daughter of Sir Henry Russell, 1st Bt. and Anna Barbara Whitworth, on 2 November 1824.¹ He died on 6 December 1875 at age 79.¹
     He gained the rank of Commander in the Royal Navy.¹ He lived at The Old Manor, Beckenham, Kent, England^G.¹

     Caroline Russell was the daughter of Sir Henry Russell, 1st Bt. and Anna Barbara Whitworth.² She married Commander Henry Fortescue, son of Captain Hon. Matthew Fortescue and Henrietta Anne Hoare, on 2 November 1824.¹ She died on 6 March 1869.¹
     From 2 November 1824, her married name became Fortescue.

     Francis Fortescue was born on 19 August 1826.¹ He was the son of Commander Henry Fortescue and Caroline Russell.² He married Katherine Frederica Ellice, daughter of Captain Alexander Ellice, on 16 June 1855.¹ He died on 15 November 1897 at age 71.¹
     He gained the rank of Captain in the Scots Fusiliers Guards.¹ He held the office of Deputy Lieutenant (D.L.)¹
