Albinia Bertie1 
Albinia Bertie was the daughter of Lord Vere Bertie and Ann Casey.1,3 She married George Hobart, 3rd Earl of Buckinghamshire, son of John Hobart, 1st Earl of Buckinghamshire and Elizabeth Bristow, on 16 May 1757 at Chislehurst, Kent, EnglandG.3 She died on 11 March 1816 at Nocton, Lincolnshire, EnglandG.3 Her will was proven (by probate) in July 1818.3
Her married name became Hobart. After her marriage, Albinia Bertie was styled as Countess of Buckinghamshire on 3 August 1793.

Robert Hobart, 4th Earl of Buckinghamshire was born on 6 May 1760.1 He was the son of George Hobart, 3rd Earl of Buckinghamshire and Albinia Bertie. He married, firstly, Margaretta Bourke, daughter of Edmund Bourke, on 4 January 1792.1 He married, secondly, Hon. Eleanor Agnes Eden, daughter of William Eden, 1st Baron Auckland and Eleanor Elliot, on 1 June 1799 at Lambeth Palace, Lambeth, London, EnglandG.3 He died on 4 February 1816 at age 55 at Hamilton Place, London, EnglandG, from a fall from his horse, without male issue.3 He was buried at Nocton, Lincolnshire, EnglandG.3
He was educated at Westminster School, Westminster, London, EnglandG.3 He was commissioned in 1776.3 In 1778 Captain.3 He gained the rank of Major in 1783 in the 18th Ligt Dragoons.3 He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for Portarlington [Ireland] between 1784 and 1790.3 He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) (Tory) for Bramber between 1788 and 1790.3 He was Chief Secretary to the Lord Lieutenant of Ireland between 1789 and 1793.1 He was appointed Privy Counsellor (P.C.) [Ireland] on 21 April 1789.3 He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) (Tory) for Lincoln between 1790 and 1796.3 He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for Armagh [Ireland] between 1790 and 1797.3 He held the office of Governor of Madras between 1793 and 1798.1 He was appointed Privy Counsellor (P.C.) on 1 May 1793.3 He was Clerk of the Pleas of the Exchequer [Ireland] between 1798 and 1816.3 He succeeded as the 4th Baron Hobart of Blickling, Norfolk [G.B., 1728] on 30 November 1798.1 He held the office of Secretary of State for War and the Colonies between 1801 and 1804, with the capital city of Tasmania named after him.1 He succeeded as the 4th Earl of Buckinghamshire [G.B., 1746] on 14 October 1804.1 He succeeded as the 8th Baronet Hobart, of Intwood, Norfolk [E., 1611] on 14 October 1804.1 He held the office of Chancellor of the Duchy of Lancaster between January 1805 and July 1805.1 He held the office of Joint Postmaster-General between 1806 and 1807.1 He held the office of President of the Board of Control between 1812 and 1816.3 He held the office of Chancellor of the Duchy of Lancaster between May 1812 and June 1812.1
